Dr. Bain is an excellent, very caring and compassionate physician. He is also very knowledgeable. My family and I always feel that we are in good care with Dr. Bain. He listens to you with patience, calls to discuss the results of your tests once he gets them even if that was after his work hours. Lucky to have him as our family doctor for years now!

telehealth visit on 12/28/21. Prescription was on point to help me get back to health. My family and I have been patients of his practice at 1500 Alps Rd. in Wayne, NJ for over 25 years, and I must say that we have had great service from receptions desk, appointments and Dr. services.

Dr. Bain is an excellent physician. He is kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. Whenever we need an appointment, we are always accommodated. We always leave our appointments feeling like we were listened to, understood, and we are confident that we are in good care. Dr. Bain has been my family's doctor for over 25 years.

I have found Dr. Bain to be a very caring and compassionate physician. He always takes his time in the exam room, answers questions and is never in a rush. I never wait in the waiting room more than 5 minutes.

Front desk staff needs some work as you come in , nurses are excellent as is Dr Bain .

This office is unprofessional and not organized . Never received a call to confirm appointment the. Was told that my appointment was later . When I came back , they said I was too late . I was 10 minutesayd . Full tank of gas gone for nothing. Nobody cared . Don't go !

Dr Bain is not past his prime as another review stated. If anything you are getting many years of medical experience and wisdom. He's a great listener and is very sweet, funny and down to earth. I'm very confident in his abilities as a physician and I highly recommend him.

I have been going here since dr ventimiglia was here. My family and I stayed bc change is hard I guess. My dad was misdiagnosed here for one year. He finally switched doctors and found out he had rheumatoid arthritis. This morning was the second time I had to leave an appt and reschedule bc they filled out the script for referral wrong. When the breast center called they refused to send it for another hour, which warranted my having to reschedule. I am going home to switch my pcp now.
