I first came here due to a bad experience previously and wanting a female dr, but I'm very unsatisfied with the violations of reading another patients results to me as my own and no explanation to my results. Instead I threw myself into panic mode through a google search. Will not be returning here

Dr. Greene is wonderful. She just delivered our healthy baby girl at St. Barnabas as on-call coverage for my obgyn, Dr. Huang (who’s also great). I had a positive and directive birthing experience with her.

Staff is very rude. My birth control wasn’t refilled after leaving 6 messages with the answering service over 3 days then finally receiving a voicemail stating I need to make my yearly appt in order to get my birth control refilled after me now being late on my for 4 days. Extremely disappointed and switching doctors as I write this review.

I've been Dr. Jennifer Greene's patient since 1999. She's great! Her staff have been attentive. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers any questions you may have! I'd recommend her to any woman who seeks an awesome doctor.

Dr. Greene and her staff are awesome!! I have been a patient of this office for many years, and I never had a bad experience. I never thought to write a review until I recently delivered my daughter with them. Her nurses answer questions and never make you feel like you are asking silly ones. They talk to you in a respectful way and care about you as a person. Dr. Greene is amazingly calming; between her sweet voice and delivery of even bad news… great bedside manner. She is great in surgery too, as I had to have a c-section. I still can’t get over how perfectly done my incision was (and now scar). She truly cares… even after your delivery. I have friends who had to wait 6 weeks to see their doctor postpartum, but Dr. Greene continues to follow her patients even after they deliver.

Weird office hours, never picks up the phone. I called three days ago and got the answering service. They assured me that the doctor will call me back and she never did. Called yesterday and to no surprise, no one picked up. I called again today, left a message and I still have yet to hear back from them. Not only does this office not know how to pick up the phone, the way Dr. greene talks to you is belittling and she always seems like she's in rush to be somewhere else. Don't waste your time here, go to a doctor and office that actually cares.

Great doctor, very kind and comfortable. Their hours are terrible, they take 2 hour lunch breaks and I’ve been calling and leaving messages for 3 weeks and no answer or call back.
