My aunt was in a lot of pain a few days ago and she called Dr.Recheir and told him about the pain she was feeling with the medication he prescribed to her, he than yelled at her about calling at a late hour. He said “why are you calling me at this time, stop with the medication” I think it’s very unprofessional how he treated her and how he responded to one of his patients who was in serious pain. There was many things he didn’t tel her when it came to taking her prescription which resulted in a low blood pressure. I think he needs to care more for his patients.

I have had experience with this hack over decades. He dismisses your complaints and SIGNS and symptoms because of your insurance plan. Let me reiterate my experience with him due to EXPERIENCE OF INSURANCE. He actually told me when I said it hurts when I walk... " well then don't walk" .... why does he still have a medical license?????

I was very happy with Dr Reichter, however, I have a problem with a bill that is over one year old for a fair amount of money.The very unprofessional staff put my claim in as an auto accident and my dual insurance of course will not pay it. I have tried to get the office to put the bill thru again as I have very bad knees that are progressively getting worst and I was NOT in an auto accident. They have refused to redo. My claim Is being referred to a collection agency at this time. Very nice.What is the point to having 2 insurances to cover yourself if a doctors office doesn’t give a dam?I need two knee replacements but I will be going elsewhere in order to avoid another nightmare.It’s a shame as Dr Reichter is very caring.

I can’t understand why Dr Reicher would get anything But 5 stars.Hes very attentive, thorough, and I never felt rushed. His office staff is very friendly, and unfortunately thats rare at Dr offices these days.Thanks for your help Dr!

I only visited this office once, late last year to try to get some relief for my sciatica. Quite contrary to some of the reviews posted, I had very little issue getting someone on the phone to schedule an appointment, and everyone with whom I interacted was polite, including Dr. Reicher.The reason for my less than stellar rating is due to what happened afterwards, when I was stuck at home with COVID and my sciatica flared up to insufferable levels. Knowing I couldn’t visit the office, I called in hopes of getting some relief via medication sent to my pharmacy. This time, I left a message.That was the 4th of January. To date, I still haven’t received a response. Thankfully, my primary doctor was able to quickly assist the next day with medication that took care of the pain.Although I still need to fully address this issue, I unfortunately will not be going back to this office to do so.

The Dr was abrupt, discourteous and condescending. Didn't offer anything useful. In and out of the room in 7 minutes. Didn't try to explain what sciatica us and what could be helpful in easing my pain . He did prescribe physical therapy. He left the same way I came; clueless and in pain.

Yes I want to see Dr Reicher today I'm having issues with my back I know I need hip replacement and It might be the root of all the pain that I'm going through I went back to that office Ortho-Care in Wayne , because a couple of years ago I went there and they had a doctor Dr Timothy Henderson who was very professional a good listener explain the situation about whatever you was going through properly kindly but today I got Dr Reicher and I got a whole another experience the doctor seem like he was in a rush he didn't explain nothing to me prescribing two pills and told me to see the hip surgery doctor and the doctor that he recommended has more terrible review than he does, at one point I kept saying to him I was in a lot of pain and he got the nerve to tell me stop saying that I know you're already told me that already I mean what kind of doctor say that to a patient instead of being kind about the situation and caring but let me tell you I won't be going to that doctor or office anymore but I don't have no issue with the girls up front the nurse everybody else was kind and pleasant thank you for that, but as for doctor Oscar A Reicher maybe it's time for you to retire since you don't seem to care or be kind to people who are in pain, I will find me a better doctor and you should too...

Been there twice and no negative issues. I find the office staff to be very helpful and kind. The Dr himself is a very good and helpful man. I would recommend his office to anyone who has issues in his field of practice.

I had my first appointment at Ortho-care in Wayne, and despite some of these reviews I’ve read I must say I had a really great experience. I found ALL the staff to be very helpful, and friendly. The ladies up front were very pleasant. The medical assistant, and the X-ray tech were very kind and thorough. Also, I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Reicher. He was very kind, and explained everything to me in great detail. He listened to all my concerns, and addressed every single one. I would absolutely recommended Dr. Reicher, and this office to anyone looking!
