Although seeing doctor zanagara was a rocky start for me, he really overall is a great doctor and he takes the time to call his patients and explain everything to them. He was able to get me the right treatment in order to heal. Very grateful to have met him.

This office and my physician Dr. Joseph Zangara are the epitome of professionalism. Added to that Dr. Zangara is very down to earth, easy to talk to and is always willing to listen to any concerns and offers clear and easy to understand directions on care.

Dr Zangara has taken care of me for more than a decade and was always committed to both diagnosing and treating my GI condition throughout. He has always taken enough time with me and explained everything in detail and has always put my health first. Couldn't ask for a better GI doctor.

Got my COVID test three days before a colonoscopy that was pushed on me. Got the negative results from the clinic they recommended I go to. Prep for colonoscopy. Show up to the center the next Morning and the center says they never got my COVID 19 test and they can’t do the colonoscopy. Called the front desk at dr zangaras office got the switchboard operator who never called me back. I called the doctors number that was on call that called me the night before and he said “sorry I can’t help you I’m not on call anymore” Thankfully at 7 am someone from the clinic I went to to get the test sent over a fax with my negative result. So I was able to get the procedure due to me being quick on my feet and most definitely not thanks to doctor zangara and his staff. I truly feel like his staff doesn’t care about what you have or what you have to go through. Because of his staffs “clerical error” I would have had to do this all over again. I called the office after I was done and they said “yeah we are aware of the issue” not an I’m sorry nothing. They also continued to tell me even after my colonoscopy they don’t have my COVID test results when I clearly had them.

Dr. Zangara, Laura and the staff take great care of you. They pay personal attention to every patient and have a great "bedside manner".

Dr. Zangara is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. He listened intently to all my concerns and put forth a treatment plan that was structured and made a lot of sense. He was truly concerned with my well being and wanted me to get better as soon as possible. I've been to multiple Gastro docs before and Dr. Zangara blows them all away.
