Receptionists is rude they don’t pick phone calls you have to leave messages hopefully they will call you back.

Dr. Chima and her staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and punctual. So refreshing in a dermatologist!

Dr. Chima told my young child they may have cancer and needed to go to specialist and she was afraid to perform a biopsy because it might be connected to internal organs. So glad I got a second opinion because it turned out to be a pimple. Dr. Chima caused unnecessary worry and concern. No way I would recommend a doctor that would mistake a pimple for cancer.

The staff was fine. The Dr lacked personality she didn’t know what my rash was and dismissed it until I said that the urgente care doctor had suggested a biopsy. Then she said find I can do that of course it meant more money. I asked her a question about the rash and could it have something to do with my broken veins and was told to make an appointment to talk about that. Very dissatisfied.

I am convinced that Dr. Nee Chima is mail order doctor if one, at all. She does not examine the patient. She does not look the patient in the eye. She is irritable and rude Although I 'd been treated for the same thing twice by a different doctor who gave me both oral antibiotic and drop (for an eye infection), I needed to tell Dr. Chima that drops, alone were useless give and to give me some oral antibiotics. She walks out of the room without a proper dismissal, and one is left wondering if this is the end of the appointment. She has no personality. None. She should not be working with people.

I have never given a doctor a bad review but I cannot express how bad her dr. Neena Chima patient doctor rapport and her billing. In addition to the most curt her billing staff is lax in payment reimbursement but makes sure to grab you for the office visit. I went for an infection in my nail and doctor Chima's two minute look at my finger bordered on shaming that I go for a pedicure. She is downright nasty. Also, it has been almost six months since I had an office visit and I have not been reimbursed my overcharged co pay despite at least 8 calls to the office. The front desk person does not miss a trick in getting the co pay from your visit yet they hang on to your money even though it is undeserved as they were reimbursed by the insurance company. Plenty of other good dermatologists in the area, due yourself a favor pass this one up.

Dr Chima, in less than 2 min, without listening to why I came to see her or examining me, proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong. She walked into the room irritated. I felt belittled and insulted. I would never recommend her or go back to see her myself. Her staff's behavior reflected her attitude.

Dr. Chima failed to diagnose and biopsy of my daughter’s 2 moles- one with severe atipia and second with moderate atipia. Thank God my daughter’s insurance was changed and she went to see another doctor- the biopsy was done immediately and the moles were removed. I would not recommend this doctor to anybody.

My experience was very bad. I suffer an infection in my back surgery.
