Both my daughters and myself have been using this practice for many years. The front desk staff in extremely rude and unprofessional. Dr. Chima is rude, condescending and dismissive. She laughed at a mole I brought to her attention and dismissed it as nothing. My gut told me to return a month later and it was in fact stage one cancer. Dr. Herman who left as all the other staff members have was the only kind doctor at the practice. I’m an so offended by their behavior do not use this dermatologist.

Dr. Chima told my young child they may have cancer and needed to go to specialist and she was afraid to perform a biopsy because it might be connected to internal organs. So glad I got a second opinion because it turned out to be a pimple. Dr. Chima caused unnecessary worry and concern. No way I would recommend a doctor that would mistake a pimple for cancer.

Dr. Herman was the best. She understood me, took biopsies and told me the results exactly when she said they would be ready. And best was I didn't have to make another appointment to get the results, she told me over the phone. Excellent Docot and highly recommend her

The person who attends the phone is really nasty She doesn’t even let you talk by the time she hangs up Really nasty She shouldn’t be working with people relations if she doesn’t know any of it Please replace her! Or educate her I will never call or go here again

Made us feel VERY unwanted in this establishment. Racism if you ask me. Very rude to Hispanic people. Stay away from this place... don’t support racists. They kindly accepted white patients. I would like an apology.... this place made me feel unwanted. Dismissed ourselves within the first 5 minutes. HORRIBLE staff. Instead of accommodating the patients they did the exact same opposite.

Dr. Chima is an amazing dermatologist. I was suffering with a horrible skin infection around my neck and it was spreading. I had seen several other dermatologists and no one could get it under control. Dr Chima prescribed me the right mix of medication as well as self care for soothing my burning skin. I am so grateful to for her expertise and her bedside manner was wonderful!
