I've been seeing Dr. Pallimulla for years. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. He cares about his patients and takes time to listen. Amazing staff too always willing to help.

Billed highly from lab work even after being reassured that they take my insurance! The office was not professional, they have a very sassy "I'm too busy for you" demeanor. The doctor and ultrasound tech however were super kind, enough where I willingly overlooked the office staff's behavior. The doctor admitted that he and his office don't often follow up on results so to call in if I don't hear anything within 2 weeks. I found it unprofessional but still not a deal breaker for me. Weeks after my appointment I got 2 bills for the lab work, they don't check if your insurance covers the lab they use. When I called to discuss this with the office they kept dodging me, saying they'd call me back and never would. The culmination of unprofessionalism, neglecting following up, and then not caring about the billing process is NOT worth choosing this doctor. I recommend you save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

He did not listen to me at all. He only cared about if i had insurance. Bad doctor should retire

I’ve never had a reason to write a review, but I felt compelled to write one for the first time. One of the worst experience I’ve ever had with regards to a doctor’s staff. The receptionist micro aggressively behavior is extremely unprofessional and more importantly, very inappropriate. It is fair to assume that this Doctor is aware of his/her staff demonstrating such behavior but appears to not really care. I am glad that I had a chance to experience what everyone has pointed out. It surly would’ve been sad to become a patient to ultimately having to leave as a result of this unprofessional behavior.

Worst customer service and the receptionist is rude and unprofessional. They should have a person at the reception who treats you in a good way when you call...

I rarely write reviews especially a bad one but I would like to warn any mothers of my experience with this doctor. I unfortunately had to see this doctor because of location and my insurance. At one point he claimed he needed to see me every 2 weeks even though I had no concerns with my pregnancy.. completely healthy. He used scare tactics telling me one time that I waited 3 weeks that my insurance "might drop me".... clearly he is milking insurance to pay way more than needed. and most upsetting thing was at the end of my pregnancy when I was 38 weeks pregnant he told me out of nowhere that I was scheduled to be inducted the next week. I had a healthy delivery with my first daughter no complications and went into labor on my own. I asked why I would be induced and he said so he could be there. I explained that I did not want to be induced and questioned why i would be and he laughed at me and said what do you think you can have the baby on your own........ like um hello how have women given birth for centuries ...... he explained at one point that he can schedule me so he can be there if not how is he gonna be there to deliver me and tried scare tactics once again and laughed at me for thinking my body could go into labor on its own and I decided then and there at 38 weeks that he does not care what you want for you delivery he is set in his ways and has no trust in the women's body to deliver on their own he has no backup and only wants himself to deliver i believe for money.. I tried to tell him I do not want to be induced for no reason and he told me at 38-39 weeks if I do not get induced I will need to find a new doctor. Which is absolutely impossible to find a doctor willing to take you at 39 weeks. I can not even begin to explain the fear and anger I felt at the moment.. I would never wish it on anyone. I felt lost and stuck and feared to deliver with him given his attitude in birth. I never went back and was left with no doctor at 39 weeks. And guess what 4 days after 40 weeks my body went into labor on its own and delivered my healthy baby at another hospital who respected me and my wishes. WARNING if you want to have any kind of control of your pregnancy or delivery then do not see him. He wants to control your delivery and does not believe that you can deliver on your own even without ANY health concerns.

I very rare ever give reviews or take part in any but I must be very honest i don’t have a problem with the doctor himself whom is very knowledgeable and well experienced, however the front desk alone with the person that oversee the front desk are very unorganized and unprofessional. Doctor really need to consider experienced workers that can perform the job and do it well it’s just a horrible system they have put in place! Twice I was schedule for visit at the Wayne office and both times the office was closed and had to reschedule or be seen by another doctor out of the Passaic office which I never been to since my entire pregnancy. Very dissatisfied with the operation they have going on at the front desk.
