Dr shahbandi was cordial, effective and very professional. He was very informative as to my condition, performed surgery diligently and promptly followed up on my recovery. I felt very supported and at ease during my need for his services. I highly recommend him. He is also backed by an effective support team and back office.

Dr. Shanbandi has been my urologist for years, and I wouldn't want to go to anyone else. He has a great professional and friendly demeanor and is always straightforward with the truth and your choices. He has never made me feel forced to do any procedures and has ever clearly explained my options and allowed me to choose. I would highly recommend him. His nurses and technicians are super friendly and professional and make me feel at ease!

Dr. Matthew Shahbandi has been my urologist for over 15 years. He is a caring doctor and totally concerned with the welfare of his patients. Very professional and courteous staff.. the digital check in process is simple and efficient and wait time with the appointment is under 10 minutes even with the current circumstances (covid-19) .. they have ample parking and Dr. Matthew is a great person and very easy to talk to.Would recommend this place and Dr. Matthew in specific hands down!And they do very very well with social distancing... leaving everyb2 chairs free, they check temperature & if the place is "to packed" they take your number down and make you wait in the car until there's enough space or is your turn!

When it comes to 5 Star service and employees they're unbeatable.. they're friendly, courteous, always answer the phone, and show the upmost respect to every client they see! On top of that Dr. Shahbandi is the best as they come.. He truly cares and explains every aspect of your current situation and comes up with a plan of care that not only keeps you involved but is quick to take action to resolve the issue at hand on the first visit for the entire duration till the end.. Hands down if your lookin for a 5 star experience Dr. Shahbandi and his staff are the ones to see immediately.. you won't be disappointed I promise you that! I owe it to Dr. Shahbandi he takes care of me everytime I need him.. Thank you guys!

Excellent doctor! Very professional, explained everything to me and my husband about my emergency surgery and second surgery. Always greeted my husband and me with a handshake and if also had and concerns and questions. Hackensack hospital has great surgerial team and recovery nurse after surgery I had marlin the nurses name caring and very professional! at hospital are very caring and professional! Before surgery the nurses were very kind and understanding also made me fell comfortable.
