My mom had very bad benign vestibular vertigo. She was in such pain for a month and could hardly function without being dizzy. I took her to Jag-one PT in Wayne, and what Jeanette did was short of a miracle. In just two sessions, she was able to stabilize the crystals in her inner ears. She is now able to function normally and is a different person. We are so grateful to her. Everyone in the office was also extremely nice. I highly recommend Jeanette. She’s a miracle worker. I’d give more stars if available.

I was very disappointed with JagONE in Wayne, NJ. The staff was more interested in socializing with each other than the patients. A lot of PAs were used, some of whom were not well supervised or attentive. Some gave me the wrong exercise or the wrong repetitions and one gave me all that plus the wrong weight, which could cause more harm than good. Another one just asked me if I knew my routine and just left me there with some equipment on my own while he went off to chat with other PAs. I have had much more professional and attentive PT at another PT group on Wayne. After a few sessions I transferred to a different provider. I would never go back to JagONE nor recommend them.

Great place to receive therapy. Christian is super and Daniel is wonderful to work with. The whole staff is friendly. After only 3 weeks I feel so much better. Would recommend to anyone. I am thankful to have found such a good group of people to help me.

A few days out of surgery and my son’s first PT session lasted almost 3 hours, his timer would constantly go off but no one would notice as they were on their phones. Many young and inexperienced people working on him, none of whom would listen or respect the fact that he was in excruciating pain.
