Horrible billing experience, billing staff is terrible. Got charged $400 for a 20 min visit which turns out to be just a sprain. Then the billing staff argued that they gave us a "discount", sure after charging $400 whatever discount you can get, but no ended up paying $95! Repeated calls to talk to the Dr. were not returned, and his terrible billing staff said the Dr. does not get involved with billing, oh but he gladly takes your money. This is similar to highway robbery! Consider taking your car to a repair shop and no one gives you an estimate, then you get a bill for $400 for something that takes 20 mins? Would you not be furious? Would you ever go back there? So saves yourself billing agony and find another orthopedist!

His billing practice and people are horrible! Stay away and go somewhere else. He also charges $400 for any visit, it does not matter for 10 mins or an hour. And clearly do not care about patients complaining about the excessive charge. Repeated calls to his office about why the excessive charge is not returned. This is the biggest problem with our healthcare service today, doctors charge whatever they like and they do not tell you what that would be BEFORE they examine you! It is like you take your car to a repair shop and they do not give you an estimate on how much it will cost. You are at their mercy... but what makes it worse for Dr Placios he does not care as he does not get involved with billing! Oh but he gladly takes your money!!!

Clean office, pleasant staff and excellent doctor. Dr. Palacios was thorough, kind and very knowledgeable. I’m surprised by the poor reviews because a doctor like him is hard to find these days.

I have been a patient of Dr. Palacios a few times with different conditions. He has always been very knowledgeable ,extremely kind and patient. I have and will continue to highly recommend him to anyone who wants a doctor that actually listens to your concerns. I have spoken several times to his office staff and they were very congenial. Actually, my recent visit went so smoothIy I was in and out of his office quickly with all my concerns addressed. The protocol for COVID was followed and I felt comfortable in the office. If you have any orthopedic issues, consider Dr. Palacios.

Awful doctor. Was very rushed and clearly did not care about my situation whatsoever.

Dr. Palacios is one of the finest physicians I've ever had treat me. My first experience with him was 15 years ago when he oversaw my post-operative knee surgery. He was very patient and understanding and had a remarkable touch when draining fluid that had accumulated on the knee. Fortunately, I have not had to engage Dr. Palacios' services until recently. I started experiencing severe pain from neck spasms and I immediately remembered Dr. Palacios and made an appointment He ordered an MRI and together we determined a treatment protocol involving a prescription muscle relaxant and physical therapy. He discussed all other options with me in terms I could readily understand. The therapy has helped tremendously and I am no longer taking the muscle relaxant. I really appreciate his not rushing to suggest a more radical protocol involving pain specialists or spinal surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Palacios to anyone requiring an orthopedic physician.

Office is very neat and clean, they even supply paitents with chargers for your phone. Dr Palacios is by far the best Orthopedist around! Very through, understanding, kind and gentle with a needle. Will never push a treatment on you if you are not comfotable with it, he will explain everything so you understand what to expect. Staff is always friendly either on the phone or in person. I highly reccommend this office for your Orthopedic needs.

Horrible experience! 1st visit to the office, walked in to a packed waiting room, called into exam room within 15 minutes, left there for 45 minutes. Waiting an hour past appt time is unacceptable. I told a nurse we were leaving and she couldn’t care less. It’s been 5 days and no one from the office has reached out to ask why we left or if we’d like to reschedule. The staff clearly has no consideration or respect for their patients!
