Office staff is horrible. I had my visit at the beginning of November and was supposed to get inserts and shoes through my insurance. I got a call cancelling my follow up appointment because my "sneakers had not come in yet." I called multiple times to find out the status of my sneakers and was told they were on back order. On January 6th, I received a call that they were never ordered and would be on my new years insurance so I needed to refill out all the forms. Due to the office staff I lost all of the previous years benefits and also now needed to meet my deductibles before getting my inserts and shoes. They did not care at all about there mistake.

Hello. I did not see him I saw Dr. Ramirez. I wanted to compliment two ladies in the West New York office. Melany and Ylsibel they were both personable, helpful and attentive, you should be proud to have them on your team.

My daughter, who was 2 years old at the time, was not walking straight and the situation was getting so bad that we gave Tylenol several days a week to alleviate the nightly knee pain. Dr. Samofal knew the issue instantly and was very good in explaining it to my wife and I. He said since we caught the problem early, we can fix it without any surgery. That was great news. Dr. Samofal gave us orthotics and showed us exercises to do. My daughter is 4 now and we have seen Dr. Samofal several times since the first visit. Her problem is getting better and she no longer has any knee pain. Dr. Samofal has been instrumental and pleasant throughout the entire time. His staff is great too. I highly recommend the Podiatry Center of New Jersey!

My experience with the Podiatric Center of NJ was one of the worst I have ever had. There is not one positive thing I can report about my experience. I went there in December for a foot problem. The story is too complicated to relate here but believe me, it is not pleasant. I may pursue this further.\
