I am a CEO of a medical practice. I have never had such an awful experience at the doctors office and by the way, I’m in my sixth decade I was running a few minutes late and I called iat My appointment time told him that I was running a few minutes late, and when I arrived, I was told by a very nasty receptionist that she spoke to the physician assistant and I need to reschedule my appointment. Thank God I did not have a cancerous tumor. I begged them to see me and the physician assistant allowed me in. Dr Chima saved my husband’s life. Beware when ypu make an appointment. You are not seeing Dr. Chima’s PA you’re seeing Schweiger Dermatology's PA and they have no oversight by Dr Chima. I have been a patient for 20 plus years and was never late. Schweiger should teach their staff how to treat exiting patients.

Brought my 5 month old to see Tincy the PA to get his eczema and drool rash checked out. I felt rush out of the room, the treatment plan and use of prescription could’ve have been explained more since this is going to be applied to an infant whom she agreed to see. On my way out, I had asked her how would we know whether one of the prescriptions could be safely used on his face. She was on her phone, turned around as if I was bothering her from her texting and said annoyingly I will call you. It’s been 24 hours I have no call from this PA. I decided to bring my son to schweiger dermatology group in Wayne since I have nothing but good experience from the group in Paramus which is far from home. I feel this visit was a waste of time, energy and money.

I felt very taken care of here. It seems like they are way overbooked but staff was efficient and answered all my questions and concerns. Megan Li was awesome and her and her team took my skin concern seriously. Highly recommend

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I was attended to promptly and the Dr. arrived in my treatment room precisely at my scheduled time, no unnecessary waiting. She took the time to greet me and understand my present issue and concerns and she promptly took action which I appreciated. I was out of there in no time at all and on my way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Received an emergency visit the same day. The entire staff were very nice & as usual Dr Chima provided excellent care. She explained everything & put my mind at ease. The visit was thorough with a wait time of less than 5 minutes.
