Shawn Marie Crabtree's Online Review Report Card

Love Dr. Crabtree! She's a caring, compassionate doctor who actually listens to you and doesn't rush you. She always follows up with test results which many doctors do not. I find her very thorough, kind and compassionate. Been going to her for a few years now and wouldn't trade her for anything!

Dr. Crabtree has a wonderful bedside manner. She is very pleasant, thorough and efficient. I highly recommend her.

I've had Dr. Crabtree as my primary care doctor for years and she's a great doctor. She actually listens to you, is caring, and will do whatever she can to help you. She helped me get into the Mayo Clinic, which ended up saving my life. I will always be eternally grateful for her care. A fantastic doctor, and a great human being.

I'm shocked Atlantic Medical Group is letting Dr. Crabtree represent them. She has put my health at risk by failing to address my needs. One thing about me is I am a tenacious and driven woman. I will spend all the money I need and use all my spare time to expose what has been going on. I have started a blog that will rank higher than their health center. SEO and Marketing are my specialty as well as PR. I will use every legal avenue to the fullest extent until the wrong doings are made right. I think they believe their counsel will protect them but I have nothing to loose. Facts are facts. Thankfully, I will be providing facts backed by evidence. You know whats odd about many of these reviews? Some of them say they've seen Dr. Crabtree for 20 years yet she just started working at this location for Atlantic Health System about 5-6 years ago. Google needs to check up on these reviews. She is terrible and many others can vouch for her lack of care and patient abandonment. Jodi Cooperman, the Office Manager refuses to hand over documents because they will be caught in their lies. Dr. Crabtree hands out prescriptions like she is a Psychiatrist. Don't be fooled by the Marketing effort and the "reviews".

I've been going to Dr. Crabtree for about 10 years and she's absolutely AWESOME. She's throughout with her exams and she does not sugarcoat her medical feedback. 👍🏾👍🏾

Dr Crabtree, her staff and Mandi at patient relations are putting my health at risk. Please do your research on Atlantic Health and see the lawsuits. Please research and make a decision based on facts because I’d hate for anyone to go through what I’m going through after 2 months of pleading for my medications. I was hospitalized and now afraid I might be hospitalized again because in my opinion someone made a mistake, is worried about their license and rather put my health at risk. I’ve experienced discrimination and overheard disgusting names being used. I’ve also been witness to several HIPAA VIOLATIONS as the staff has talked about patients to the Dr in front of me. Literally saying “_______ has (I forgot what STD but I think it may have been HPV or BV) what script should we call in for her? Legit in front of me I found out someone’s medical issue. I’ve heard Jodi the office manager speak about me and several patients like it bothers her. She should look into a different field if she doesn’t like to be “bothered” by medication refills. That’s what Drs do, refill meds. She also refuses to give me documents I’ve asked for. Good news is that lots of jobs are open now in the event the people in question have to look for employment.

I am 70 years of age and not familiar with Zoom. I tested positive for Covid. I called her up to get medicine I was told that the office will call me back between 230 and 330 to explain to me about a zoom. I’m running a fever I’m not feeling well I take the call our office is trying to explain to me how to zoom finally I said to them I’m really not feeling well and capable of doing this can I please speak with her she say say to me that she needs to be able to see my face. Well if you wanna see my face I’ll come into the office. Sean has been my doctor for over 30 years I cannot believe that I was treated so disrespectful by her and the office do not recommend her to anyone it’s such a shame that after all this time that office has gone downhill so much I cannot believe Atlantic Health would condone behavior like this.

Unfortunately my original review from 2015 has to be updated due to an unfortunate event that I can't comment on yet for legal reasons. All I can say for now is that the staff has, in my opinion, probably broken several HIPAA Laws (I have to be careful how I write this). I am seeking Legal Action and I will update once more details come.
