Timothy J. Henderson's Online Review Report Card

The Physician's Assistant did the physical examination and was rough--pushing, pulling and turning my leg in my hip socket. She did not ask me to walk, look at the movement of my other hip, or anything else to get the full picture. Dr. Henderson later arrived and concluded that I must have a hip labral tear, even though I answered "no" to most of his questions. They ordered an MRI at their preferred place and said I couldn't go anywhere else. The MRI report said that I DID NOT have a labral tear. However, the PA told me that they sometimes make mistakes and that I did in fact have a labral tear and needed a cortisone injection. A PA is not trained to read MRI images. Dr. Henderson never entered the room or sent me a message regarding my results. I got a second opinion at a well-known hospital for specialized surgery. The other orthopedist did a thorough exam, reviewed all my images and said that my tightness was muscular in nature. No cortisone shot, just PT. I already feel better.

The compassion and kindness and professional way a patient is treated like they were a family member. Having Doctor Timothy Henderson to oversee my health makes me know there is a God watching over me. His compassion in how he feels my pain . Listens with such kindness . And continues to ask over and again to me is there any other questions . He never rushes out the door. And when he asks how I am he waits looks rite in my eyes for an answer. A wonderful miracle happen when I started going to Doctor Henderson I believe I found a Doctor that would do all he possibly could do to help me live a life with quality and he has given me the reassurance through coming to him that he has a God Given Gift. Thank you Doctor Timothy Henderson .

Been a patient for almost two years. He did a hip replacement and then treated both knees. I can now walk without pain for the first time in years. I highly recommend both him and his staff.

I found the nurse friendly at first but that quickly changed. They only offered cortisone shots on a guess on what was wrong. Went for a second opinion and he was way off. Won't go back.

Greatest experience. Had right hip replaced. I was in tremondous pain and had a hard time walking and could not use the leg to go upstairs. I had to depend on my left leg a go up one stair at a time. Dr Henderson has a great bed side manner and answered all my questions. I am now pain free and it's like I have a new leg.

Doctor Henderson did both of my replacements on the right side. I wish that he still took my insurance because I sure do need him now. He is a very kind and caring doctor that listens to his patients you can't find one that does that. If you choose him as your doctor you blessed just like he is for having the skills that he does.

I can't say enough about how well my knee replacement went that Dr. Henderson performed. I had minor pain and was walking without assistance within days. He is an excellent doctor.

Dr Henderson truly exceeded my expectations for my knee replacement. His caring, gentle touch and quality control is beyond excellent for me. I have already made numerous recommendations for others to use his medical and compassionate expertise.??????

Basically saved my leg. Caught a staph infection following an Achilles surgery in which my body did not heal correctly. Removed infected stitches and tissue to make sure the infection did not reach my bones. Had me back on my feet quickly and sealed up after months of repeat tears at the original surgical site.?

I liked Dr. Henderson the moment I met him. I was interested in him after hearing that he did same day THR. Office visits were easy to arrange, waiting time was minimal and Dr. H was delightful, gracious and comforting. The surgery went well, I was back to work after only 2 weeks (teaching yoga) and practicing myself at that same time. I'm thrilled.
