Dr. Flowers has the best bedside manner I've ever experienced. She is very thorough, listened to all my concerns, and really takes the time to talk with you about your health. I was seen quickly upon arrival and all of my tests were done quickly. I'd recommend her for to anyone for sure.

I only gave Dr Flowers 1 star, not so much because of her. as much as because of her office staff. They are worth a ‘zero’ in my opinion! First off, the prescription for my muscle spasm was sent to Express Scripts , instead of my local pharmacy and I ended up paying out of pocket for it as a result! Also, when I left Dr Flowers’s office with a referral from her for a Spine Orthopedist, I did not get a Prescription for an MRI, which was what I needed before I could make the Orthopedist’s appointment, his office said. We’re talking about a Walk In Clinic here and Dr Flowers is not there every day. I had been calling every day to ask for that needed prescription, that would also relieve my very bad lower back pain.There are several other Doctors in this practice and how come no one else could fill the prescription if she wasn’t there? Finally got the prescription 5 days later!! Leaving this practice for another more competent one!

I love Dr. Flowers. She’s been my doctor for years. I first started seeing her when she was in Dumont and have followed her to Wayne, it’s worth the travel from where ever I live. Honestly the best PCP I’ve ever had.

Dr flower showed up 20 mins late to spend 5 mins responding to my concern in a condescending manner. I needed consultation for an issue I’m not too familiar with and I was met with a “you should know this” tone and attitude. It was hard to believe this was the same doctor with all the raving reviews. I’m giving an extra star because she did provide me with the next steps I should take but I’ll be looking for a different doctor with better bedside manners.

Dr Flowers Is simply one of the best doctors that I have seen in my lifetime. She listens, never rushes you and the appointment when she completely understands your issues. After Dr Napolitano retired I’m so glad I’m in good hands with Dr Flowers and so is my wife.

I'll try to keep it short. Our visit started off very poorly, messed up our appointment, literally made us wait 1.5hours before being called in, don't know why we didn't leave. Finally close to the 2 hour mark Dr. Flowers came in to see us. WOW, she was amazing I have to say. God made us wait and be gave me patience for a reason. We have been dealing with doctor after doctor trying to figure things out for months. Dr. Flowers was kind, knowledgeable, took infinite time to listen to our situation. She then spent more time alone with my son and came up with her own game plan for what we are dealing with. If all this wasn't enough, she followed up at 9pm the next evening with test results and to discuss them with my son. He is studying to be a doctor and she respected his level of intelligence when discussing things as well. I can only hope he is as kind, empathetic and as good a doctor as Dr. Flowers.

Dr. Flowers is great but the office is not worth the experience. After a 2 month wait for an appointment, I was cancelled on multiple times the day of for no reasons, with options to reschedule months out. When calling, I was on hold for hours, never called back and issues were blamed on others.

My family has been seeing Dr. Flowers for many years. She is an amazing Doctor, compassionate, experienced and makes you feel very comfortable. She listens and does not rush. Totally recommend her.
