Office staff is ridiculous when answering phone. They put you hold without saying anything and left for 15-30min. Even now I’m returning a call from the office to schedule procedure and again I’m put on hold right away and to find out after on hold for nearly 15 mins that the nurse is on lunch & wasting my lunch break being on hold. I find it extremely rude to not even ask why I’m calling, I’ve never done that myself as medical assistant to my own patients. Even my first appointment was a bad experience, was set up for a telemedicine but was given no info and had to be placed on hold 20 mins every time I called trying to get someone to help and almost missed my appointment but luckily Dr.Persuad still saw me even after an hour from my appointment time due her staff’s mistake

Older lady receptionist is rude and unprofessional. First time she hang up on me, second time she was rude and didn’t apologize for hanging up on me and third time when i asked for her name she just ignored me and hang up again. She should be forbidden to work in the customer service and especially in the medical field! Period! Called again and spoke to the office manager and let her know about this Person!

I went to URA after having a bad experience at a different fertility hospital. I’m so glad I made the switch and I now have a beautiful six month old son, thanks to the folks at URA. The wait for the morning testing is forever especially compared to other hospitals, but it is so worth it in the end. Thank you, URA, I am forever grateful for you ❤️❤️❤️

All I can say is I am so glad I made the appointment with Dr.Persaud. She was incredibly kind, listened to all my concerns, answered any and all my questions with truly helping me understand. She has a genuine disposition and made me feel well cared for and important during our initial consult. I am so excited to start this journey with her as my doctor!

Dr. Fechner was easy to talk to, listened to everything I had to say as well as offered me additional information or suggestions when I expressed my concerns. He answered all of my questions, and gave me detailed explanations for anything I requested any clarity on.
