I went to visit Dr Matarese twice for a shoulder issue. He did not seem to take my issues seriously and did not want to treat me. I got a second opinion that verified my thoughts that it was a more severe issue than he determined. It sounds like if you can get him to treat you, he does a great job, but he didn't want to give me treatment beyond anti inflammatories which will not fix my issues at all. My expectation is that a patient whose condition is getting worse, not better, should be given a more thorough assessment and not be brushed off like I was

Dr. Matarese is the best ,explaining in detailed the option that I could choose to alleviate the pain I experienced on my both knees . Highly recommended to my family and friends . Staff is accommodating and knowledgeable . …I could feel much improvement after my treatment with gel injection ,. Thanks Dr . Matarese …and staff …!!!

Dr matarese is the best orthopedic in nj. Been to others in past. Nobody can come close to him. Had knee meniscectomy surgery and get Gel by him. If it weren’t for him I wouldn’t be back physically active again. Had meniscus tear and arthritis . Both he treated. I am back to myself because of his treatments. Thank you , zina

I suffered all summer with knee pain I finally called for an an apointment and i was seen in under a week. Exrays were ordered and done in the office I was diagnosed and treated the same day I am actually pain free the following day with long term treatment goals

I never saw the doctor. This place was a nightmare….. I asked the woman at the front desk to please shred my paperwork. There were at least 20 people ahead of me and I got the impression that this was not a legitimate doctor’s office….. BEWARE….. PS …. Why are you requesting a review …. I’m not a patient
