Dr. Jones is always compassionate with her patients and she's a great doctor.

Excellent Doctor who is very empathetic and knowledgable.......An excellent listener....Unfortunetly this results in her taking extra time and overlapping scheduled appointments... Staff however are unable to keep appointments and tend to overbook placing the burden to reschedule on the patient when they've been waiting for over an hour....Calls have not been returned and poor scheduling has resulted in us having to wait over a month to see her for a simple well baby visit scheduled well in advance because of a sudden deamnd in appointments for school sports physicals...a testement to her ability but a shameful example of poor office management...We are fortunate to have a healthy happy baby but we will be changing our doctor because we asked ourselves this...If he were in need of closer care and her poor staff kept us from seeing her, would our baby still be her patient...the answer was no
