Quick, friendly, painless - would definitely recommend. And, they have X-ray capabilities which helped out since I didn't have to go to an ER in a non-emergency situation.Was clean and organized, too!

My husband needed a physical and PPD test for a new job and he decided to try out urgent care for convenience. He called this location ahead of time just to make sure they could accommodate him. He went on Thursday for the first part of the PPD test and planned on returning Saturday for the second part and the physical. While there, he showed the staff and nurse the paperwork that needed to be filled out and they assure him they could perform the physical. They told him to bring it back with him when he returned Saturday. He went Saturday and waited almost three hours. When he was finally called in they took him back and then told him that the doctor on duty could not perform all aspects of the physical and they could not help him. This is absolutely ridiculous after checking in advance and then waiting for nearly three hours. Unacceptable.

Everyone here is always super nice. And I understand Covid is the main concern for health workers right now but people still need help for other things. I went in for an ear ache I’ve been having for 2 weeks that got worse. The doctor told me I didn’t have an ear infection but offered me nothing else. I went home and was in excruciating pain all day and night and it’s continued into today. The doctor rushed me out and told me I would be fine because it’s not infected. But I went in for the pain and help because it’s getting unbearable. None of the over the counter medicine he recommended has worked for almost a week and I told him that. I am just left not knowing what to do now and I’m in pain. I just wish they would’ve listened to me and helped me in some way. I will now have to wait days and days for a visit with my primary while in unbearable pain.

I have been here several times and each time was a good experience. I had little to no wait time before covid, but their process is a bit different due to covid protocols. Overall, I believe they offer top quality care.

Great experience, no wait time, in and out. And the receptionist are very nice and have a great sense of humor.

The staff was friendly, courteous and timely! No one wants to go to urgent care but if you have to this is an excellent facility! Thank you for being on the front lines!

Showed up with eye trama, told to get out call number on door. Did soooo, told to exit the entrance way and go outside and sit in the car. We had our mask on. Extremely rude, wouldn't recommend.

This past Friday night(10/30/2020) my son spiked a temp to 101.8 and sick with resp symptoms. Due to covid and going into Halloween weekend we felt we needed him to be seen, but not necessarily in the ED. The website said they closed at 8:30pm and it was 7pm. We jumped in our truck and rushed there. Unfortunately the hours on their site were wrong and they closed at 7:30pm. We got there at 7:19pm and these fabulous people accommodated us and cared for my son. The desk called my cell and verified his information. The Dr came out to our truck(due to fever and covid prec) and he assessed my son. He was all PPE dressed. Nicest Dr and So efficient. They cared for him, did tests and all while they were done for their day. As a peds nurse I can relate to the importance that the good medical professionals need to be acknowledged and thanked. So thank you to all of the staff Friday night. We appreciate you!!! Top job!! Unfortunately with current conditions I don’t have the paperwork to be able to know the staff names. But if you were on Friday night, THANK YOU!!!
