I was a patient associated with dr. Frank when i was a child and now i bring my children to her. They LOVE dr. Frank. She is patient and kind. The whole staff is excellent.

My Daughter has been seing Dr Frank since birth and we have the utmost confidence in her. She sometimes tells it like it is, but i find that refreshing.

I have three children who have all been to Dr. Frank. I think that she is an intelligent, competent, and friendly doctor. However, I am considering changing my children's pediatrician because the front desk receptionist is rude and is not friendly towards my children. I don't think a woman who doesn't like children should work at a pediatrician's office. This hasn't changed in the 1 1/2 years since we moved to northern NJ and my kids have been going to this pediatric office. It's a shame really. If not for her, I'd continue to see the doctors at this office.

Dr. Frank is a wonderful doctor with kind and attentive bedside manner. Unfortunately, the office staff is rude and always act as though they have better things to do than to help you or answer your questions. This is my lasting impression over numerous visits. It's too bad to because the doctors are all competent and friendly.
