My daughter is having some very concerning health issues. Not happy with her current very inattentive doc. Saw great reviews for Dr. Palla. We are right across street from her so called for appointment, nothing until JANUARY! Guess she is the best doctor you CANNOT see when you need to. Gave one star because zero was not an option.

Dr. Palla is very compassionate and a very competent physician. Her skills at diagnosis and treatment are founded on her keen listening skills and her high regard for the importance in taking time to obtain a thorough patient history. She will not rush you in order to see the next patient in the waiting room. She creates a climate of trust and her listening “antenna” result in you sharing other medical conditions which you might have thought were not important. She is then able to approach the “whole” you; and both of you can then develop a comprehensive treatment plan. As a thorough primary care physician, she has excellent diagnostic skill in making referrals to medical specialists when they are called for.

I have been a patient of Dr Palla for almost 2 years she is very knowledgeable and comfortable to work with .

The best care I have ever had from a physician. Easy to talk to, a gentle touch, and kind manner made me comfortable and relaxed. The staff could use some help but the Doctor is terrific.

Dr. Palla is seriously the best doctor I have trusted my health to. She is responsive, caring, open, collaborative, and smart. She always has given me the personal time and attention that I needed. I got sick with COVID while I was traveling in Australia this summer and she was there for me with advice, love, and attention when I needed it most. Highly recommend this wonderful Doctor.

She is always the best and kindest Doc!!!

Dr Palla inherited me as a patient when my prior physician left the practice. I gave her a chance but was never able to see her when I was sick and truly needed medical attention due to her office covid policy even in August 2022 when people are trying to get back to normalcy. In the first case, it turned out to be a 24 hr bug. In the second case, she was going to prescribe me antibiotics based on my conversation with the phone rep. It perplexed me how she was going to prescribe me a medicine when she hadn't spoken to me directly or physically examined me. She then came on the phone and arrogantly told me how she has been practicing medicine for over 20 yrs and if I didn't like her diagnosis I can go elsewhere. Thank goodness I chose to go to an urgent care instead who had no issues seeing me and explained that antibiotics would have been pointless after examining me. Definitely a doctor who does not deserve to have any patients!

This practice provides excellent treatment and bedside care!

8/2022 update With consultation about my bloodwork, Dr Palla has helped me improve my health and weight. Its great to be able to talk nutrition, root cause, and solutions. Many doctors, in my past, were not up to speed about nutrition concepts, vitamins, and root cause. Prior: Dr. Palla is professional and not rushed as are many. She took the time to discuss my history with past physicians (various items) to understand my thoughts on my medical condition. We then discussed a plan for testing and the review of those results. The doctor and the staff make use of their medical applications, so that, I can submit paperwork and receive test results when they become available. Some of my prior experiences have not been with this automation, especially my prior GP of 30 years. I look forward to further discussions directing me to better health.
