I have read your review tips and hesitate to say how I felt. I got lost driving to his office and instead of noting that I may have a medical problem, I was reprimanded. I felt that he was locked-into one way of approaching the problem which didn't work for me. He had been recommended from someone whose option I respected but unfortunately it did not work out. HIs written report to my Primary was not complimentary to say the least nor did he suggest any resolution for my issue. He did not seem to care.

Dr. Mendelson belittled me. Sent me for MRI. Never returned 5 messages to help me understand the MRI which was in my portal! I as a patient receive the results of a brain MRI and he never called back to explain !

Dr. Mendelson was able to pin point a reason for my dizziness & low blood pressure when several doctors & tests in the past did not. He was very thorough at covering the issue differently than the other doctors I visited over a two year period. I am very grateful to get my life back to normal.

Worst appointment with a medical professional ever. Zero compassion, not interested in anything I had to say. Dismissed, disrespected, condescending, bordering on abusive, arrogant. Misdiagnosed.

Since Ive been going to Dr S.Mendelson and it’s been over a year. He has be nothing but caring, concerned, informative, and a great listener. He takes his time explaining to me and answering questions I may have. I have never felt rushed or annoyed by his response. So far he is the best neurologist I’ve seen saw far, so I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Mendelson is a great doctor, however, his receptionist is the absolute worst disrespectful person I have ever encountered in any medical office. I called 3 times to get the result of a test sent to me and she stated she is busy and had no time to mail it.

He is by far the best neurologist that I’ve seen in the last year. He is very thorough in his exams & patiently explains everything that he finds & offers plenty of time for questions. Also, a wonderful personality. He was recommended by 2 of my doctors, who do not know each other. I highly recommend him to anyone with neurological issues.

Dr. Mendelson was highly recommended by my PC. I have found him to be compassionate and extremely knowledgeable regarding my complicated Neuro issues. He spends significant time with me at every visit and is open to questions. I think he is one of the finest physicians I’ve ever seen. Plus, he’s friendly, has a good sense of humor, and a wonderful receptionist/Secretary.
