Small foot doctor office does diabetic for care

Receptionist was extremely pleasant. Dr.Gotchel answered all my questions,was very pleased with the way he addressed my issues!

Staff is very nice, they make you feel welcomed and the doctor really made my son shawn feel comfortable while treating his foot! I highly recommend

Dr Gotchel has always been good for any foot issues I've had , as well as for my.mom , for years

I have been disabled for over 6 years and I tend to ignore when I feel I am wronged by someone for said disability. People can be ignorant for the most part and I just rather not waste my time. But when I encounter ignorance at a Drs office, I feel it is my right to speak out. I am an EIGHT TIME oral cancer patient who has lost the ability to speak. I make this known as soon as I am able thru my phone! I explained this to the very sweet woman up front “I cannot speak BUT I CAN HEAR”- but the moment I met with this Dr he had no time to “understand” my situation and spent the ENTIRE appointment writing everything down - as if I were deaf. Now- no offense to the deaf community- I use ASL when others do but, I am not deaf just nonspeaking. I prefer a DR to know this but it did not matter. To make the appointment even better- I left in pain. He did nothing. It felt as if he could not wait to get me out the door. I will seek treatment elsewhere but I needed this put out there so maybe next time the Dr will get to know his “disabled” patients. Thank you

I took my 94 yo Father to him whose toenails were long and I was nervous about cutting them myself. He is very personable and talks and jokes with you while he's giving your treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Gotchel for all your foot care needs!! A+++++

Dr. Gotchel is a nice down to earth man. He treats all of his patients with kindness. The office staff is very professional and helpful. I've had to sit in the waiting room waiting for a bus and I see nothing but a smooth operating successful podiatrist office.

I found this scary as anything. The front desk person had no mask on, and said the dr did not, either. My entire time in the waiting room, I could hear every word of the conversation between the current patient and the dr -- apparently the door was open? Seems like a HIPAA violation. I mentioned it to the front desk person and she didnt do anything about it. I was also asked to sign a paper allowing the dr. to release my medical information to any other medical professional, he wanted to. I did refuse to sign and the officer person said it was ok, but WOW, it's not ok to ask a person to sign this. I cannot rate his knowledge and punctuality because i did not meet him, but the site requires me to rate it, so I give it 3 stars, which would be average.
