Melissa Suarez's Online Review Report Card

Two things I appreciate about Dr. Suarez: skill and compassion. 1./ I was an unknown patient to Inspira when she assisted on my unplanned (emergency) C-section without having time to review my records. She's not my usual doctor, but I had to come in pretty urgently due to severe, excruciating pain leading fainting due to an ovarian cyst. Dr. Suarez spent just barely over 3 minutes with me (which I have proof of), was dismissive, rude, kept cutting me off, and upon asking her a question about one of my related conditions she cut me off and said it "was a waste of time and I shouldn't be thinking about that". She did no physical exam. I did imaging with Larchmont and received my results saying that I DID in fact have a cyst. Upon follow up with her, I was told I did NOT have a cyst and that everything looked "wonderful" but that I should follow up with her in six months. Why would you follow up on an *apparently* non-existent issue? And to top it all off, after getting the bill for my appointments with her, a family member who works within medical billing informed me that the visits were coded wrong. The code used states the specifics of what must be performed during the visit for it to constitute the code used, and that she spent 20-29 minutes with me or at least "working on my case". Which is also impossible, considering the visit notes are copied and pasted bullet points from my file that have nothing to do with my cyst; unless she's the slowest typist in the world. I've never been so disgusted by the demeanor of a Doctor; of course I myself am not one, but even a child could've recognized at the very least she was beyond unprofessional and overall insolent.

Rushed through appointment, rude, said my results came back perfect even though the report said otherwise.

Dr. Suarez is a wonderful Dr. !! She is very attentive, listens to your problems, and doesn't hesitate with a solution. She is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend her for your OB/GYN!!! She is the best!!! Staff in the Mullica Hill office are very friendly and approachable as well as highly skilled!!! Recommend 10 out of 10!!!!

Very unprofessional experience, looked like she just wanted to get rid of me, was not even a bit concerned about my swelling or any pregnency related issues. She is on of the four drs i had to see before baby and I pray its anyone but her when its baby time lol.

I think she is an awesome Dr. I don't this she rude, I think she very into whats wrong with her patients. I highly recommend her.

She has a serious attitude problem. Also, she was rude and ignored patient's family. Just because she's a doctor, that does not mean she is better than everyone.
