Visit? LMAO, just tried to make an appointment. Said I needed to talk to billing first. They transferred me to billing. Was told I had to pay $9.52 cents, I said ok I’ll just pay it when I come in for the appointment. NO, can’t do that I have to pay the 9.52 before can even make an appointment? REALLY? Ok, here is how it’s gonna go. Now, I was completely willing to pay it when I went in. Instead, they won’t see the 9.52 AT ALL and I’m switching Dr’s. This is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard! I’m also taking 3 other patients with me.

I was able to get a late appointment with Dr. Rogers. He was running behind and it took longer than I expected but then again, not many doctors will see you at 7pm on a cold wet night. He was apologetic for being late and then took his time and didn't rush one minute of our visit. He was very thorough, professional, personal and listened to what I had to say and treated me accordingly rather than listening for what he wanted to hear and prescribing me too much. Thank you South Jersey Family Med.

I have been a patient since 2010, and like anything great it has taken time to evolve. For many of those years, my response would have been, if you can tolerate the front desk, the physicians and staff are amazing!!! In the last years, there has been a much needed overhaul of the front desk staff. They hired a front desk supervisor. Who has the best disposition and is compassionate. She reorganized the front desk staff, and because of her kind, friendly and professional way of running the office, there is a true feeling of "family". Dr. Roger's is very much old school. He is a great listener and treats body ailments, but is very much concerned for his patience as a whole - body, mind and soul. Yes some appointments, I have to wait a little while to be seen, but there a very real since of satisfaction knowing he will give me the same care, compassion and time, if necessary. My family and I absolutely, hands down feel Dr. Rogers and this practice as a whole are the very best in all of South Jersey.

You may be waiting to see him, but its worth it. Complete coverage of your health and discussion of future plans, trends of your life etc.

Been going here my entire life and have always received excellent care from all of the staff. Can't comment on the desk staff as I guess I've just never noticed any rude behavior. Dr. Rogers is a great doc and very caring. He even texted to congratulate me on my first anniversary. There does tend to be a decent wait most of the times I go, which is frustrating.

This office does NOT have the well being of patients in mind. I arrived early to this visit. After waiting AT LEAST AN HOUR, to be seen, my visit was rushed! My needs for the visit were not met, at any level. I was told “sorry, you only have 15 mins”. After leaving the visit, extremely disappointed, I went to the pharmacy. There was a supposed Rx submitted, for pain, which was absolutely necessary. I was told by the pharmacist, my prescription was NOT received in TOTALITY. I spent another half hour, going back and forth with the doctor’s office, in pain, until anything was corrected. Horrible service. Unorganized. No concern for the needs of patients, that have been members for YEARS. No sense of empathy. There are thousands of other QUALITY doctors out there. I will find another and forget about the horrible experiences with this facility. Stay away!

Had my friend to see Jamie on Friday. My friend is disabled and needed a wheelchair. I can't say enough about the help we got from Tiffany. She just took over, and made things so much easier for us. Diana also was of assistance. You certainly have a very caring employee in Tiffany, and I could never thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism. You are the best, Tiffany!

Waited on hold for 20 minutes today to make an appointment. Ridiculous. Not sure what's going on with these guys but I believe it's time to find a new doctor. In the past I've had long experiences in-office (specifically the small waiting room after you're called - sometimes a half hour or more!) but I'm sick of waiting for these guys! Never had an issue with Dr. Rodgers - I like him - but I can't burn hours just trying to CALL IN an appointment.

This office is horrendous!! It's impossible to ever get anybody on the phone; let alone an appointment!! Office staff is incredibly rude!! I would strongly discourage anybody considering this practice to look elsewhere.

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR AND OFFICE STAFF. IM LOOKING FOR A NEW PCP AS WE SPEAK. NOT WASTING MY TIME ON THIS PLACE.
