Dr. Litz & his staff are always kind and understanding. Dr. Litz is very analytical in his approach, listening to all symptoms and offering thorough testing if needed. I was suffering from chronic hives and he was attentive and supportive in helping work through a treatment plan. Only constructive feedback is wishing I could interact online with his office.

At first, in the Dr. - patient relationship, Dr. Litz seems a bit "aloof" and "cold" in his "bedside manner;" however, over time, his very sensitive, caring side is revealed, which is evident by the "extra" things he does "beyond the minimum" for his patients. Once he followed me out into to the parking lot to discretely give me a referral to a physician that his wife used for a particular medical problem I had mentioned during the exam. And he has the outstanding memory of an elephant, in that he remembers everything explicitly about his patients -- both medical and personal. For example, he asks me about personal life situations, and offers empathy, as when I shared that my husband had been diagnosed with Alzheimers, he always asks how it's going and says something meaningful and supportive.

changed my mind. was feeling horrible with allergies shrugged me off told me I was going thru menopause or I needed to see a shrink. 3 years he was great. since then I have had to have a endoscopy, allergies are horrible and I have constant hoarseness I am looking for a new dr. who says to a patient it's menapause or see s shrink. ur manners suck. and that's being nice!

Dr. Litz is not just an allergist but a very knowledgeable immunologist which my grandson needed for a complicated condition. Another allergist in the area just gave us the run around, and after 3 emergency visits, we found Dr. Litz. He was able to diagnose my grandson's life-threatening condition and get it under control. No ER visits since early 2018! Also like being able to make an appt. in a reasonable amount of time.
