Ny Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

Made an appointment in august for today, to get a call on Monday that it has to be pushed to 1/1:15 due to the therapist. I call up to see what the issue is and the lady said “oh corporate changed the schedule” I’m like what does corporate have todo with one therapists schedule? :dead silence: I told her I want it canceled. I won’t miss work for an appointment. Calls me back the next day even after I said I made the appointment at 11am otherwise I’ll have to miss work. Proceeds to mention 4 other appointments at the time they pushed the first appointment to (1pm). Makes an appointment on Oct 10. So what happens when it gets pushed again? I’m gonna wait 4 months for a therapy session? If you need physical therapy find a competent place because this isn’t it.

Denny is the awesome, he listens to your concerns and works on the area's that need attention. He makes physical therapy fun and the time pass quickly. He is actually a 10 star Physical Therapist !

This is the first time I have felt that my therapy is treating me as a whole person rather than just as a condition that needs fixing. Kudos to Jennifer Norton for her skill and manner with clients.

The therapy was good, but I was charged $25.00 PER VISIT. And I didn't know that for over 2 weeks. By that time I had racked up a good-sized bill. As soon as I saw the bills, I discontinued therapy. I always went to Kessler and was never charged a copay. Will never go back to a place that can't tell you what you will be charged. Be forewarned - unless you can afford $75.00 per week (which is what I was charged), go somewhere else!

jag one is same as crest. dont go if you cant afford a copay and they cant tell you if youll be charged until they aubmit bill. stopped as soon as i got bill but by then a month of 3x per week visits had been used. stopped immediately.

Excellent care and professionalism best describes Crest and their staff. Amazing!

I recently had occasion to visit Crest physical therapy, and found the experience to be superb. My therapist, Denny, was knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, and took care of my issue in a very professional manner. Great Job!

Went to the location in West Long Branch and the staff there was very professional and caring. Dennis helped me with the pain I was having in my shoulder and explained how it was caused and how he was going to help treat it. He answered all my questions and did a great job. Would recommend to everyone.
