Dr. Lee has taken the time and given his full attention to my case. He has been extremely kind and has left no stone unturned. He cares....

Does not care about patients at all. I had to wait almost a half hour to get into my appointment. He has no bedside manner and is so unprofessional. The desk staff also gave me the wrong script and completely violated HIPAA! When he talks to patients he just stares at them and gives no explanations for anything. Do not go to this doctor. Dr. Lee clearly does not take medicine or his practice seriously.

First time patient with Dr. Lee. I found him to be very professional and with warm mannerisms. He spent sufficient time with me and answered all my questions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lee since the transfer and have had exceptional care from both he and his staff. I recently had an emergency situation, got in the same day and he and his staff went way over and above what would normally be expected in this situation. The situation required a referral and it was excellent. I know in an emergency or any time I have called I will be well taken cared for and treated with the utmost respect. He is one of my favorite doctors and I will continue to see him.

I was initially concerned because I called my previous doctor's office to get orders for pre-office visit lab and was told then that Dr. Lee is my new doctor. What? Who's Dr. Lee? I was told by the receptionist that I would meet him at my next scheduled appointment. What happened to the doctor I had a relationship with and trusted? He retired. The order for labwork was mailed to me with no further communication from Dr. Lee's office, I had the work done 10 days ago but after waiting 35 minutes to see Dr. Lee today he introduced himself to me and apologized because he ordered my labs without looking at my chart and he ordered the wrong bloodwork so we'd have to re-draw again today. Dr. Lee, my new doctor, had not even reviewed my chart until just before my appointment this morning. I spoke to Dr. Lee about my concerns that I chose my oncology care at a private practice based on the reputation of the previous owner of the practice and his relationship with my primary care physician. I also complained that I waited 35 minutes to see him after my scheduled appointment time. I went on to verbalize other concerns I had that in my opinion were all trust factors because it's very important to me that I can trust my doctor. He replied, "I'm just an employee, I'm not an owner of this practice." So much for caring about your relationship with your patient. At the end of my appointment he told me to call the office next week for my correct lab results. Really? After all of this he can't pick up the phone to call me with my correct lab results? I've been a patient in this practice for 4.5 years and the previous doctor would never treat a patient with such indifference.
