While the doctor may be a good doctor, he has terrible staff. Called three times today and every time phone call was cut off. I then walked over as I was near the practice only to be told that the doctor is retiring and is no longer making appointments. I asked if there was another doctor that I may get referred to and was told not until December. I will seek out a different doctor now

He is Great!

Unfortunately due to Covid, My wife had to schedule a video conference with the doc. The doc just asked a few questions, and said he would send details for followup that i have not yet received, what i have received tho is a bill!! 600+ $(before insurance) for a 15min teleconference really? I guess i not have to follow up for a email on what tests that i have do.

My experience overall was excellent, although I waited a long time to be seen, I understood my paper work and registration needed to be done before entering to see doctor. Once inside, the doctor was pleasant and provided detailed information for my treatment and so were the staff. I had questions, and he answered each one with patience. I can now understand why it takes long to see the doctor. He gives his attention to all his patients, and so does the staff. Its worth the wait. Unless your looking for a rush doctor.

Devoted to his profession, phenomenal doctor with great wisdom and care for his patients, will go the extra mile to make sure patient's health and needs are met, as he did with me. Recommend Dr. Raffaele Gibilisco and his staff, who with great dedication, are concerned about their patient's health. For a while, during the time I was dealing with my health issues, he and his staff became my angels. Thank you eternally Dr. G. and staff.

This place is a mess talking about appointments, i understand the first time you have to wait a little longer and if is possible be there before the time of your appointment to fill all the papers for first time but wait 2 hours?! Come on! When i decided to ask what its going on? One lady said the doctor take the patients with emergencies first but there was a lady who told me that her appointment was by 3pm but she cant wait so she went to talk with the nurse and she let her past, then other lady also got there after me also was called and ME?! If they said you will be see the Dr for order of arriving well thats other thing but what its the case to make a appointment?? Other lady take the word to talk to me about why Im there still but was interrupting to ask what she wants for lunch? What about manners? you didn't interrupt a conversation without an "excuse me" Very disappointed experience.

Dr is just okay he needs to update his office so patients can pay online, and have more than one phone line because their line is always busy or disconnected.

Please don't use this Doctor if you love yourself. He was treating my Father for 2 years and missed his Pancreatic Cancer and released him. I am not sure how he sleeps at night.
