Every time I come to this office with my father, we are treated like family. Every single person in this office is always nice and caring. The girls at the front desk are both very polite, professional and friendly, even when dealing with difficult patients (which I have witnessed on other occasions). Dr. Gonzalez is very helpful and courteous. We are very satisfied with the care and attention we receive here.

Dr. Gonzalez is such a great physician. Unfortunately the staff at the front desk is not. They are rude and their attitude is disgusting, especially Carina. From the minute you walk in until the minute you leave, they are very unpleasant. On the other hand, Dr. Gonzalez is very knowledgeable, personable, and has good bedside manners. He will always greet you respectfully and will listen to your health concerns. I just wish for him a better front desk staff.

DrAbel Gonzalez is great! I had an amazing experience and will recommend him and his office to family and friends. Front desk were very helpful with my needs. Dr. Gonzalez medical assistant, very nice , very sweet. Finally a great Doctor that listens to your needs and helps in the matter.

My kids, hubby, and myself are more than happy that Dr Abel Gonzalez is are family physician as well as his two assistants. He listens, understands, helps, and CARES for his patients. My family loves him. Recommend him ++++

Dr.Gonzalez is a great doctor but they need to get rid of all of the staff in the front. They are extremely rude and they always have an attitude. I have not seen him in almost 3 years simply because every time I call to make an appointment no one answers the phone or calls me back but when you go into the office, they’re all sitting at the front desk. They really need to do something about the people at the front desk before he lose all of his patients. Until this day, no one has yet to call me to make an appointment even after leaving multiple messages.

Dr. Gonzalez is obviously overwhelmed. Him and his staff do not return calls, nor do they acknowledge that they have received calls. Do not expect them to do anything for you if you fall ill in the hospital. this group has changed and i will be looking for a better group.
