The doctor has no bedside manner no empathy. The receptionist is RUDE,TERRIBLE...TERRIBLE customer service. My husband called for a script for a specialist that squeezed him into their schedule during this pandemic. The appointment for the specialist is within three business days,the receptionist ask my husband a grown man with an attitude "What is the procedures when obtaining a script." Asking him to tell her the steps to obtain a script. No one asked the receptionist for her opinions, or additional comments she made.He asked for a script it's a simple Yes or No. She do not know what is going on in the patients life that can trigger a patient to inflict negative act to the patients. Someone will snap on her and give a good tongue lashing. Or the patient can cause self harm because they may feel bullied due to her extra comments which she can keep to herself. She has no personal relationship with the patient not a friend or family member. She definitely has a right to have an opinion,however if noone has inquired about it just Shhhhh.

This doctor gotta retire! She makes all her patients wait at least 1 hour and a half, horrible bedside manner and the receptionist is never helpful or give you reminder calls for visits. Dr Gracia office is outdated and he diagnoses are very basic. Avoid this office if you can!

This lady shouldnt be called a dr. She only wants to have you come in so she can bill your insurance for a visit. All she does is take your blood pressure and listen to your heartbeat THATS IT, NOTHING MORE. Then if you need a referral to see a REAL DR, she is reluctant to provide one eventhough she herself cant treat your issue. We requested our medical records to be transferred to another md and we filled out the medical release form, however her receptionist took 3 weeks and multiple phone calls from us before she sent them to the other dr. We eneded up filing a formal complaint against her with our insurance company.

Dr. Gracia is a kind, intelligent and compassionate doctor who has her patients' best interests at heart. She does not push pharmaceuticals as so many doctors do. She also communicates with family and other physicians treating her patients.

I left Dr. Gracia after experiencing repeated rudeness from her receptionist. When I requested transfer of my records to another dr., the receptionist ignored my request. When I called back after several requests and pressed for when it would get done, she stated that she would do it when she got around to it.

Dr. Gracia is great! She's very attentive to your medical needs, and shows sincere concern to your health needs. I have never had a doctor that was truly concerned about me, and in this day,and time it's hard to find. Her receptionist is also great making you feel more like family as opposed to being a patient.
