I am writing this review because I never want what happened to me at Dr. Romero's office happen to anyone else. I arrived for my appointment exactly 3 minutes after my scheduled time. I am a new patient to the practice. The receptionist handed me paper work to complete which I did. When I handed the receptionist the completed paper work she told me because I was late she had to check with someone to see if they would honor my appointment. I responded by saying I was exactly 3 minutes late and didn't consider 3 minutes to cause a backlog in the office. After a few minutes the receptionist returned and said they would see me. I waited over 1 hour and was not called in to see the doctor despite the fact other women came in throughout the hour and were seen within minutes. One woman even said to the receptionist she was late for her appointment and no one said anything to her. At the one hour mark I confronted the receptionist again asked how much longer would I need to wait and she said not long. People continued to come in and were admitted but I still sat there. I had traveled an hour to see this doctor because she came recommended to me by two coworkers. Even though it was an inconvenience, I thought at least I had good recommendations. After waiting 65 minutes, I stood up went back to the receptionist and told her I could no longer wait and would not want to see any doctor whose office is as so rude as this office. I told her I felt I was being punished for arriving 3 minutes late. She looked at me like I was crazy and then said she was sorry. I am woman in my 60s, I have never had an experience at a doctor's like that before and had to let others know of what to expect at his office. My son is a doctor and when I told him of my experience he agreed that is no way any patient should be treated. No doctor in the world is worth that type of disrespect. I will never recommend this practice to anyone.

Wonderful physician. Would highly recommend her. She listens and addressed all my concerns. Unfortunate others cannot see her for what she actually is and that is a tremendous MD.

Dr Romero examined me, patiently explained diagnosis in easy to understand terms and gave detailed explanations all of my treatment options. She saw me at exact time of appointment. Office staff was always polite and helpful.

I do not recommend it. It is waste of time. They don’t care about you and your health.

La Dra Romero muy buena. Pero si uno está a la espera de resultados no llaman a decirte nada. Uno necesita una respuesta médica o de resultados la enfermera nunca responde te hacen dejar mensajes para que devuelvas la llamada y nunca te llaman. Tuve que yo llamar con mis quejas para que ellas me digan que tenía “algo” y así poder medicarme mejor. Deberían preocuparse más por los pacientes (clientes) y responder el bendito teléfono. Pareciera que nadie trabajara ahí...

The Doctor herself is good but the office has no idea what they are doing. Completely disorganized and dont call you for months with results, or with scheduling appointments. The lady at teh front desk, Nicole, couldn't care less , however many times you call her. Avoid this place.

I have never experienced a doctor like her. She was completely dismissive to my symptoms and extremely rude. I’ve been seeing Dr. Rubino for years, really like him but will never see this lady again, sad she is in his practice. I left hysterically crying bc couldn’t believe how dismissive she was. It was just an awful experience.

Great Doctor(Audrey Romero) BUT the support staff is lower than the bottom of the Pacific Ocean. Walgreens has called for four weeks trying to get automation to renew a prescription. Last time this I happened I finally drove to the office to get a refill prescription. Herman Marmon

Very poor customer service. We were 20 mins late due to a accident on the road, there was no empathy from the staff. They didnt see us, we drove abt an hour to see her too. Never going back to this office again.

Although the doctors are very nice its almost impossible to have your phone call returned. I've called billing several times for 3 months straight and never received a phone call back, I also called to have a prescription refilled and never heard back called again and I'm still waiting.
