I am a fairly new patient..however I would like to thank the ever so polite and sweet front desk girl Barbara for staying in touch daily with me until I was able to be accommodated and squeezed in with an appointment time that worked best with My crazy schedule. I do want to say it’s a very busy office, the front desk is usually met with extremely rude people from what I witnessed and I commend them for their patience. If you’re not willing to wait an hour or two go else where but if you’re looking for a quality Derm Doctor and then what is there to complain about? I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back even if I personally wait 2 hours.

My first and only time seeing this doctor. The 1st appointment went just fine I was confident I found the right doctor.. she put me on new medications I had a allergic reaction to it-called the office 3 times by the 3rd time very frustrated.. had the office staff hang up on me, called back to finally put the doctor on for her to say she never received any of my messages not even the pharmacies! Very concerning! She went on to tell me she’s been in practice for 30 years and has never seen a reaction like that asking me if it’s something else new im using?! You’ve never heard of it?? when you go and look for side effects one of the first to pop-up is the exact reaction I had. Not to mention she had the audacity to ask me if I cursed at her staff I did not. But if I did? A patient calls telling you they have an allergic reaction and not one person called you back that is no way to run a practice I don’t care how long you’ve been practicing! Train your staff to be better!

My First and only time seeing her. Had a allergic reaction to the medication she put me on(I understand it's not her fault) the problem was when I called the office 3x - you can understand my frustration.. for themTo hang up on me 3rd time calling..I called right back and and the girl goes please hold. The doctor gets on and tried to calmMe down and had the nerve to ask me if I cursed at her staff and that's why they hung up?! I did not! But I wanted to say and if I did?? I had to call your office 3x for you then to tell me you never received message one?!! Then tried to tell me in all her 30 yrs she has never seen a reaction as This and asked me if it's something new I'm using like my nail products?! Are u kidding me! I take NO meds and am healthy I start 4 new meds and out of nowhere have a reaction. And when you look up side effects for the one I was on.. one of the first is the exact reaction is had! Terrible poorly run office and I don't care how long you have been in practice...do better! Be better!

Great Dr. for botox. If you have a real medical issue, go somewhere else as she puts her "Botox People" well before anyone else. Afterall, why not book the 15mins needed for a Botox app and reap the $1000.00 upfront rather than spend the same 15mins for a medical appointment and only reap $150.00 from the insurance companies??? She and her husband are only "all about the money." She use to care.....now....not so much....

First time patient. Unable to sit and wait the hour plus that staff states is “typical”. So, unfortunately I did not get to see Dr. Citron. I had 2:50 PM appointment and I was still sitting in the waiting area with other patients at 3:35pm —they had been here significantly longer. I asked the office staff at the front desk to please shred my personal information on the numerous forms for first time patients, as I would not be returning due to them stating the long wait time is the norm and was I met with attitude. It’s unfortunate that this office suffers from poor appointment booking and poor customer service as they are located in a great area. Will not return and would not recommend unless you have lots of time to kill.

I personally am not a patient at this location but My grandmother was there about a Month ago. I’m writing this review on behalf of my grandmother who’s identity I prefer to keep private.. My nana told me that at check in time she was given the paperwork to fill out and had explained to the little woman in the front that she has severe arthritis and couldn’t fill it out due to the severe pain she is in. The lady told her to just do it and to take it back when she was finished, however my grandmother began to cry and felt anxious knowing she couldn’t fill it out and remained seated. She said the young girl with tattoos that sits next to the lady noticed her and approached her very sweet and understanding.. immediately asked to help her fill out the forms for her and my nana quickly agreed. I just want to say thank you to this young lady so much for being so patient and caring towards an elder person that had such a lovely experience because of you, she left the visit very content and pleased by the Doctors care and especially by the attention and patience the young front desk girl had. I am referring all my family & friends to this dermatologist office on behalf of my grandmothers experience, thank you again for being “lovely” as my grandmother explained we hope you see this comment my nana left a voicemail saying thank you we hope you received our message of gratitude

One word to describe Dr. Cheryl Citron, WOW! Stop your search and book your appointment now. Cheryl is a first class doctor with an abundance of knowledge. When you first enter the office you are greeted by a professional and caring staff. You feel great! The greatness really begins when you meet Dr. Citron. At the completion of your appointment you will walk out with an understanding of your issue and a solution. It’s absolutely clear that Dr. Citron cares about you and wants to provide the best results. No brainer, this is a 5 star doctor!!

Dr Citron is so meticulous. She noticed small things on me that was overlooked by other derm.

Went to Dr. Citron for a mole check/body scan and she glanced at my moles for roughly one minute but decided to let me know I was a candidate for botox in my face...didn’t even address the moles. I have moles all over my body, there was no way a quick glance would do the job. She and her assistant/nurse were in and out of the room within two minutes. I waited an hour past my appointment time before getting called into the room where I spent another 20 minutes; I do not complain about that, I understand scheduling and how tricky it can be, but to wait for that long and not even get 5 minutes of someone’s time was rather annoying. Disappointed because I had heard good things...
