I am a fairly new patient..however I would like to thank the ever so polite and sweet front desk girl Barbara for staying in touch daily with me until I was able to be accommodated and squeezed in with an appointment time that worked best with My crazy schedule. I do want to say it’s a very busy office, the front desk is usually met with extremely rude people from what I witnessed and I commend them for their patience. If you’re not willing to wait an hour or two go else where but if you’re looking for a quality Derm Doctor and then what is there to complain about? I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back even if I personally wait 2 hours.

Dr. Cintron was very attentive to my acne issue. She was also willing to answer any questions I had. Her staff is very professional . Not a long wait.Highly recommend.

Dr Citron is a world class cosmetic dermatologist with friendly, accommodating staff, and superb follow up. Dr Cheryl Citron painlessly shave-biopsied a keratosis from my cheek, and the cosmetic result is amazing. Barbara called with biopsy results and scheduled a follow up visit. Jeanette smiles too much. I highly recommend this practice without reservation. Thank you!

I personally am not a patient at this location but My grandmother was there about a Month ago. I’m writing this review on behalf of my grandmother who’s identity I prefer to keep private.. My nana told me that at check in time she was given the paperwork to fill out and had explained to the little woman in the front that she has severe arthritis and couldn’t fill it out due to the severe pain she is in. The lady told her to just do it and to take it back when she was finished, however my grandmother began to cry and felt anxious knowing she couldn’t fill it out and remained seated. She said the young girl with tattoos that sits next to the lady noticed her and approached her very sweet and understanding.. immediately asked to help her fill out the forms for her and my nana quickly agreed. I just want to say thank you to this young lady so much for being so patient and caring towards an elder person that had such a lovely experience because of you, she left the visit very content and pleased by the Doctors care and especially by the attention and patience the young front desk girl had. I am referring all my family & friends to this dermatologist office on behalf of my grandmothers experience, thank you again for being “lovely” as my grandmother explained we hope you see this comment my nana left a voicemail saying thank you we hope you received our message of gratitude

When you first enter the office you are greeted by a professional and caring staff. You feel great! The greatness really begins when you meet Dr. Citron. At the completion of your appointment you will walk out with an understanding of your issue and a solution. It’s absolutely clear that Dr. Citron cares about you and wants to provide the best results. No brainer, this is a 5 star doctor!!

Dr. Citron is an amazing doctor. I brought my 9 y/o daughter to her for a skin condition 3 other Dermatologists could not help her with. Dr. Citron cured her! Needless to say, she is now my Dermatologist. She has vast knowledge of Dermatology, Her entire staff are so friendly and nice!

Dr. Citron is an amazing dermatologist. From the moment you enter, you are greeted by either Jeanett or Melanie who make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Jen, Dr. Citron's assistant, then does any initial assessment. Jen is always pleasant and puts you at ease. Dr. Citron then enters and provides first-rate dermatological care. She is responsive to your needs as a patient, and she really cares about her patients. Whether it is a minor skin issue or something serious, she always analyzes the issue and provides the best care. Dr. Citron speaks to you in terms that you can understand, and she makes you an active part of making the decisions about your treatment.

Amazing Dr.! I only had to visit her once 😭 Basically, I got tired of my "almond snickers bar" crunchy face, and went to her. Within 3-4 months of using the simple 2 products and advice she gave me, my skin cleared TF up! 😂🔥 Like oh yesss bby girl 😍💕 I would add pics of my face before and after but ion trust the Internet like det 😕🤷🏾‍♀
