List of Constantinos Kintiroglou's Reviews
I have taken my children to Dr. Kintiroglou for years but recently switched practices. In the past, we found the doctors to be very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. Over the past few years, the practice has become more like a factory. I had concerns regarding one of my children and brought it up several times to two doctors over the past year. They told me not to worry about it. Unfortunately, they missed a serious condition which another doctor recently found after listening to my concerns.
The last 2 years I have seen a tremendous downfall in their staff and the willingness to help. The office staff in both offices treat you like you are bothering them. The staff will recommend you go to an urgent care instead of trying to fit you in. Wait times are horrible and forget about trying to get someone on the phone with out being placed on hold 10 times. Non-responsive to emails. Emailed and spoke to Dr. John to get my files for all 3 children and no one emailed me back in 10 days. Called and spoke to Ann and she said that she confirmed that "they" saw the email. When I asked her who specifically saw it, she couldn't give me a name and then put me on hold again. They are liars and the office has gone down hill. Leaving this pediatrician is the best thing for parents to do. Find a doctor that has time for your children and has a good staff.
When my son was born I had another pediatrician ready to go to but wasn’t affiliated with the hospital I was delivering. It was by pure luck, Dr. Kint (the father) took care of my son from birth. We immediately changed our minds and made our first wellness visit with Dr. Kint. He’s beyond knowledgeable, he’s thorough and compassionate! Besides loving how he treats my baby, he’s like therapy for me being a first time mom! I absolutely love him and I highly recommend him.
Phenomenal doctors. I send my children here as well as my entire extended family in the area. Because they are such wonderful doctors, you can only join when your children is a baby. I have seen many celebrities here as well, and we are very close/family friends with both "Dr. Kint" and "Dr. John". Highly recommend. I do say though, the nurses and other doctors are very nice and attentive, but the office staff seem to be a little depressed. This is not an issue though because of the expertise of the doctors.
Staff is aloof, a new doctor didn't even say hello to my 4 y old son, always waiting 30-45 min, will leave the practice.
Not happy at all! We've been coming for 4 years, every time we wait min 4o min, everybody's unfriendly. My son is only 4 y old and gets upset if he's ignored.
i was referred by the hospital, the doctors are great especially Dr Wu and Dr. Lisa. the new manager is just there to make a paycheck she is rude and obnoxious. the receptionist does not know anything except to collect money. i wished i had listened when i was told to leave the practice. one doctor said my son had eczema the other said ring worm the other said extreme dry skin. the nurse says it was an allergy. they give u the run around to get documents and they never call to confirm appointments, the make u wait for very long and they discriminate.
As a parent of three teen boys, it's my opinion the pediatric staff and the trustworthy doctors they support are some of the best you can ever find in the state of New Jersey. The boys have been patients since infancy and into young adulthood. The office wait times may seem a bit long, but it isn't due to inefficiency or scheduling problems. It's simply a result of the time and thoroughness the doctors take in interacting, diagnosing, and treating the kids. I'd highly recommend to anyone the Kintiroglou family doctors as an excellent example of what child medicine should be.
We have triplets who are now 8 years old going on 9. Ever since they were born Dr Kint and Dr John have always been there for them. they are the most caring doctors I have ever met. Like others have said the wait is long but well worth it. My girls were 5 weeks early and Dr Kint and Dr John visited them everyday. My one daughter had a breathing apnea and they were right on top of it. They are truly the best
Dr. K was recommended to us. The father who runs the office was almost never able to see us/ the staff would tell me he's on vacation, & here he goes. Dr. John K. did not find anything wrong with my child except maybe post nasal drip for 3 months (Dr. J, Dr. L and the others - 3 months!) Needless to say my son had a pneumonia. Now he suffers with nebulizer almost every day (my whole family had told me to leave the practice but I kept saying this is TOP NJ Doctor’s). If I left a message to Dr. John, I would get a call 12 hours later or the next day. This is not acceptable when you have a 6 month old child, in my opinion who's running a fever. They are nice but seemed to failed my son. I was however after 7 visits referred to pulmonologist, but it was too late. The staff lost camp forms. I had to fax it again. The wait is forever - 2+ hours. You can never book an appointment when you needed too. I am not saying they are bad doctors, they failed my son.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
