my son was 6 years old when we met dr. perlman in the hospital (after numerous hospital visits since he was a toddler) we live in a flood area and the good doctor took the time to diagnose my son's ailment. my son is now grown and has been going to him all these years and his hospital visits have been next to none. all i can say is he is the best, talks to you and not down to you.

Over the years my visits with Dr Perlman decreased in number because I kept improving. I still have symptoms but with much less frequency and intensity. He explains the patient’s condition, reassures and he responds quickly when patients call. A great smart doctor.

He is always try to help the patient by listening! My son is his patient since he was 3 years old and he is always there to help! My son now is 15 years old. He usually says:” Mother is always right”giving the mother’s the opportunity to help him fix the child! That’s huge! I love him!

Their office has horrible customer service. I made an appointment which I needed to cancel - left a voicemail. The next morning called to confirm they received the message and to reschedule. The office manager, Carla of Dr. Pearlman rudely asked me where I left the VM, as if there were more than one option to leave a message, then explained to me that I would be charged a fee because they had received no such message. I then asked to speak with someone else because all I wanted to do was reschedule the appointment and she put me on the line with someone by the name of Veronica, who listened to my complaint and then said that Dr. Pearlman would not be seeing us as patients as we had cancelled two appointments which was not the case. The office manager either did not do her job correctly then lied to the doctor or they are racially profiling their patients. I have made a formal complaint against this office.

Donald Perlman was my allergist for 30 years. When my insurance change they refused to see me 10 minutes from my house and maybe go to an office 30 miles away where I had to climb a flight of stairs even though I'm disabled. I saw him there and he told me to make an appointment to start my allergy shots again. I went to the office and I was told that nobody ever ordered the medication because the doctor never ordered the shots. They also told me that my chart from the office that I used to see him at had never come despite the fact that it has been 2 weeks. The receptionist claimed to speak to him while I was in the office and knowing that he deceived me he sat in his office cowering like an old fool. What is the point of seeing a good doctor if you are denied treatment by incompetent office staff.

I was a patient of Dr. Perlman‘s for years, and when I was his patient he had me on prednisone 10 to 12 pills a day for years on end and never weaned me off and now I have nothing but health problems because of it. Due to being on prednisone for so many years I’ve had double cataract surgery, Disc degeneration disease in my back, and a bunch of other health issues. And it’s all because of Dr. Perlman. ...

Awesome could not ask for a better allergist.

I've paid 4 visits for skin allergy. I've followed my instinct after reviewing that Dr. Perlman has 45 years experience in allergy and immunology. To my amazement he was looking for other means to maximize his profit's. He ordered breathing test which I certainly didn't need. He performed allergy patch test and when I went for the result after 4 days he assured me that the test proved positive and brought computer readings contains bunch of allergies that I was exposed to and not one of them was remotely true. He did not test my immune system and asked me to check with a skin doctor. I am sorry to say that my experience in that office was the worst I had seen. the good point is that he's friendly "yes", shows that he's caring and talks more than he listens but that's his part in making money. No problem with his staff, they were all friendly to me.
