Dorothy S. Bisberg's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Bisberg treated my daughter for years. I'm trying to see the dr because she is awesome but I can't seem to find her.

Ridiculous. The receptionist was extremely rude and treated me with disrespect and haste. Her attitude was so negative and demeaning. I was shocked after reading the reviews and excited for my son to see this wonderful doctor since he is only 7 months old and it’s difficult to find a doctor in my area. She quickly shoos me off of the phone and says to “find another doctor in network”. Every time I asked her a simple question she would cut me off and just undermine anything I said. On top of that, there were not any available appointments for more than 3 months. By then my sons condition will lead to, god forbid, worse things. I know the wait is long but three months is just out of proportion.

Dr Bisberg has been an amazing doctor to both my sons since birth to adulthood. She is compassionate, understanding and very supportive to us as parents of a child with multiple special needs and pulmonary issues. She takes interest in the whole child making her interaction with my sons a lifetime experience includung everything they’re involved in, whether it’s sports, school, camp or just getting over illnesses. Her attention to detail is high priority, always remembering from appointment to appointmwnt. Her bedside manner and personal touch is superb in addition to her great ability as a pulmonologist. We highly recommend Dr Dorothy Bisberg.

Dr Bisberg is wonderful!!! She takes the time to explain everything to you and you can tell she is passionate about what she does. She remembers the little things we tell her. You can tell she really cares about her patients. She is everything you would want out of a doctor, and her office staff is wonderful too! We always have an exceptional experience, every time we call or go in for an appointment. Cannot recommend her enough!

Our daughter is 7 years old... Dr. Bisberg has treated her for 3 years now, and the asthma is under control. We couldn't be happier with the good doctor! Plus, she loves penguins. You gotta like that!

I have 3 boys, and 2 of them have asthma. One of the things that I like best about Dr. Bisberg is that, though she has a busy office, I never feel like she is rushing us. She really listens to what I or my kids tell her and does not interupt or interject her thoughts. I really get the feeling that she is taking everything we say into consideration. An example: before one of my sons was diagnosed with asthma, I thought he had occasional wheezing during allergy season. I had also noticed that he had always seemed to tire more quickly then other kids, so Dr Bisberg put him through the usual tests, but his pulmonary funtion was normal. When I mentioned my concern about how he seemed to tire prematurely, Dr Bisberg did not blow it off. She had him use an inhaler and then retested him. Sure enough, he did better on the pulmonary function tests, so we knew he had some degree of asthma. His asthma has since become more pronounced as he has gotten older (this is typical) but we have been able to recognize and treat it as needed, thanks to Dr Bisbergs excellent care
