Douglas Grayson's Online Review Report Card

Dr Grayson and his team are awesome. Excellent pre surgery evaluation and communication. Superb post surgery care. Dr Grayson successfully operated on my eye to cure UGH Syndrome - other surgeons told me there was no hope due to complications resulting from prior eye surgeries.

I could not be more pleased with the treatment I received at this clinic. All the workers there were very polite and considerate to all my concerns. Dr. Greyson did a remarkable job on both my eyes by removing cataracts. I am now back to nearly 20/20 vision and it is GREAT! Thank you all and a BIG Thank You to Dr. Greyson. This Dr. might have a great academic bio and credentials, but the place he works at is a disaster. OOMC (Omni Ophthalmic Management Consultants) / Omni Care / Omni Eye Services! As MANY of the reviews here (and elsewhere) are telling you . . . stay away! It is puzzling why ALL 5 of the local Opticians in 5 different locations around here recommend this place (Omni). Even with their low low rating!!! Someone should look into why this is!!! Are there incentives involved?

Was referred to this place by my ophthalmology doctor. HATE THIS PLACE….. Do not like Dr. Grayson. His attitude is HORRIBLE, his personality is HORRIBLE, he is condescending, uncaring. He performed laser surgery a few years ago and after surgery was given an eye patch. Had laser surgery again 2 weeks ago, Grayson didn’t acknowledge me, told assistant to have me placed my chin in the machine and to hold my head still…he did the laser surgery, got up to walk out without saying a word. I said Dr. Grayson do I need a patch, he said no and kept walking out. Went outside to leave, my vision was very very blurry, the sun burned my eye and my eye was sore. 2 weeks later my eye is still sore and hurts when I rub my eye. I’m supposed to have the other eye done in a few days… I’m afraid, but was told I have onset glaucoma and been using eye drops for it since my first laser surgery. I don’t want to ever see Grayson again, but don’t know another specialist to go to. I’ll get my other eye done in a few days but will NEVER EVER go back to this place. Waited for over a couple of hours, saw Grayson for 5 minutes and was told to make another appointment for the other eye. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE…OVER CROWDED….UNPROFESSIONAL…and they don’t care about their patients…. WORST DOCTORS EXPERIENCE EVER…. RUN, DO NOT STOP…DO NOT GO TO OMNI…STAY FAR FAR. AWAY. ITS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and so is GRAYSON.

I doubt I will visit you, ever!!!

Disorganized, unprofessional staff and You never see Dr Grayson. I had one eye done-not happy with results and am going elsewhere for second eye. They do a hard sell on laser and high end lenses which is $4,000 out of pocket per eye. Very slimy place-

Dr. Douglas Grayson is the best! My right eye vision gets better every day. I went to an inept eye doctor 18 months ago, for cataracts. Doctor broke my left lens while trying to extract it, and then my retina separated. My left eye is now ’as good as it’s going to get’. Should have gone to Omni Eye Service first. Staff explains everything step in simple words and calms the patient and their family with good information and expertise. Dr. Grayson is skilled and knowledgeable with a no nonsense, no excuses approach. Scared of having an eye operation? Go to the nearest Omni Eye Service office and ask for Dr. Grayson.

The wait time is ridiculous! They take you in 1-1.5 hour after you have checked in. The. The slow process begins with the staff shuttling you from one test to another waiting room where you wait for dr Grayson to see you! This may be the last time I am coming here, staff is good but apparently the wait time has been brought up to dr Grayson attention but he has don’t nothing about it! I have been coming here for 3 years but I am done! I have a full time job and it takes 4-5 hours easy!
