Great DrBut be prepared to wait ONE HOUR or LONGERThey book appointments then run over grossly on the time making the patients wait. When you ask what’s the hold up the staff will say “Let me find out what is happening” then they return and say “We are getting the room ready now” then 50 more minutes pass and your still in the waiting room. They should manage the appointments better with realistic waiting times. It’s not fair to take a child out of school to make the scheduled appointment just to be kept waiting...
Dr. is rude, disorganized, evidenced little interest in communicating to our child or to us/the parents. She attended the to her personal matters during the appointment, frequently leaving the room, and then she had no time to take questions. My child left the appointment scared and confused. If you want to be treated poorly by an arrogant woman, whose competency appears compromised then this is your woman.
Dr. Oppenheimer was my endo for 20 years. I was diagnosed in the late 90s as a 2 year old and she took care of me until I was too old to continue as her patient. Dr. Oppenheimer is a big part of the reason that I have no health complications aside from my Diabetes. She is the reason why I can comfortably change basals and boluses on my own. She is a phenomenal practitioner. She cares deeply for her patients and works to create relationships with them and their parents. I couldn't recommend her more! Her team that she works with help to make the experience that much better as well. If I could have kept Dr. Oppenheimer as my doctor for the rest of my life, I would have. She is amazing.
Dr Oppenheimer saw my child and sent her for blood test. She has the results and is sitting on it while I’m worried and panicking wondering if my kid has diabetes and pcos. Called several time and she couldn’t extend the courtesy of taking my call or return my call. This was my 5th attempt,. Go figure. Her staff are also very inconsiderate. Why do we spend so much time and money going to these doctors who obviously couldn’t care less about out kids.
Doctor is very rude. Even the front staff are rude. We wait hours when we come into this office. I wish I could switch but not many pediatric endocrinologists in this area.
Dr. Oppenheimer has been great with my son and his diabetes. Always a pleasure and makes sure my son's health comes first.
SHE IS VERY RUDE!!!!! AND TALK TO PARENTS AS THOUGH SHE'S THE JUDGE! NOT CONSIDERATE AT ALL! STAFF IS GREAT! SHE'S THE SNOBB
She was great with my seven year old daughter, made her feel comfortable and spoke to her in an age appropriate way. During our first visit, I felt comfortable right away with her and got the sense that she really knows what she's doing and does it extremely well. She was very professional, didn't rush us through the visit, took time to ask questions and listen to the answers. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend her.
Long wait time, barely spends time with patient, sends you to a random nurse for an hour before seeing her, hard to book appointments, flat out rude and condescending, no follow up
She is a very obnoxious doctor, very inconsiderate with her patients no bedside manner.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
