The front office staff is unresponsive, slow and generally brusque. Very unhelpful. It is difficult to schedule appointments or get questions answered in a timely manner, most times phones go unanswered and straight to voicemail. It seems as if their main job is to shield Dr G from dealing with patients.

Nastiest, most unprofessional receptionist I've ever encountered! Their inability to be helpful or kind and courteous is overwhelming. Their attitude and tone are atrocious!!! Maria is the ONLY one in the building that cares about the patients! Don't bother dealing with anyone else!

As I sat here and read some of the reviews it seem so unfair. Dr. Gialanella is one in a million. I have never seen a doctor who demonstrate such empathy and cares about his patients. My doctor is the best this side of the world. Yes the wait is sometimes long but if you go to a doctors office and no one is there then I will question an empty office. Nothing good comes easy Dr. Gialanella is a true doctor he does not wear the name for attention he is an excellent doctor. I suffer with an autoimmune disease and I see the best of the best at the hospital for special surgery in New York but there is something about Dr. G he is so comforting and he master an art of keeping you calm while making every single patient feel special. Let me repeat yes the wait is long and sometimes the staff is not friendly but the doctor's ability out weigh the staff. If you read this post and you are looking for a good doctor that makes you feel like he is you personal doctor you just found one. My husband is one of his patients Dr. G speak with him first to make sure he can discuss his diagnose with me and we have been married for 25 years. Now that is patient confidentiality at its best. I am employed with one of the best law firms in the world I do not compliment easily but after reading some of the reviews it was important to me to respond. The staff could be like child's birth (pain) but after comes your baby. I dare to say after the wait you see a true real professional doctor. My aunt who is 94 years of age is a patient and anytime she is aware that she is seeing Dr. G she is all dressed up to see her doctor. My review was long but it is important to say the bad with the good. The office has two nurses that go way and beyond Barbara and Maria. Make sure the reviews you read are current and not something from 20 years ago. Manners and very attentive.Dr.G shows that he cares about his patients well being

I have been a patient of Dr F. Gialanella for over 15 years. I have seen the office and staff change over the years . Some of the changes are better than others.However the most important thing is that Dr G has not changed in his care for his patients.My only concern is that DrG does not retire any time soon. It would be very difficult for me to find another doctor with the knowledge,Professionalism, and courtesy practiced by Dr G and his staffA. Dishmen

Dr. Gialanella has been my primary doctor for over 20 yrs. However, Dr. G and his staff are efficient in the manner they operate there office. No matter when I call.I am treated with the upmost respect.

Thank God for Dr.G one of the best doctors in NJ. Primary medical care have been a saving grace to myself and my family. The staff is always accommodating and providing excellent service Thank you Dr G and primary staff for always being a call away to address all my medical issues and concerns!!!
