I will never return to this place again, First the parking is horrible drove around the parking lot for 10min trying to find parking, get in the office staff are Great, But that Doctor Johnson I believe is in the wrong field, he definitely needs some sensitivity training, he’s very rude and unprofessional and he doesn’t listen to his patients at least he wasn’t listening to my concerns. He came in like he had a long day, rushing and My health is important just like anyone else you see. I’m going to escalate this to my insurance as well as the state who I work for. I feel like I was humiliated by this awful man who I will no longer call a doctor, he needs to be working in a warehouse. I never get into arguments with my physicians this one was different.

I was tested + for UTI & I received no call back from Dr.Johnson or his med. asst. I called & left a mess. w/ his asst. a week pass and still no call back. I call the Urology group of NJ in West Orange & filed a complaint to escalate my call & finally I received a call from him. As soon as I say Hello he attacks me saying we are not going to cont. this call because he suspects a tone in my voice. Then when I said I have him on spker phn so my husband can hear & he said I know he knows how u are

Dr. Johnson took a lot of time to listen to my problems. He was thoughtful and helpful. There was no rush which I appreciated.

Scheduled an appointment to address ED issues. I did lab work and results shows my testosterone levels were normal. He told me I'd just be taking Viagra for the rest of my life. I'm 40 years old. What man wants to hear that. I suggested the ultrasound as I'd read on it. He seemed uninterested in doing it, but finally gave in. If you aren't looking to really look into challenges patients come in wanting answers for when it comes to ED issues, just say that's not your speciality. Rediculous!
