Got his degree from a cereal box. Extremely overweight, and dares advise people on diet. Horrible person, doesn't listen to a word you have to say. Overall unprofessional, and not a trustworthy source for medical evaluations.

The doctors here were not available when my son needed them the most! He had a high fever during the Corona Virus outbreak but they refused to physically see him. They closed their offices and were advising via phone only. I mean they're doctors for crying out loud! How can they just close doors. I get it for non emergency cases but they should've stayed open for serious situations! I ended up taking my son to an urgent care and they said he has pneumonia. Thank God for the urgent care! I will be changing doctors!

So far so good. Ease of/ availability of appointments, and friendliness / knowledgeably of staff and provider have been excellent to date.

Dr Jay is amazing. He also has other physicians in his practice and as very good as well. We have been seeing him for 10 years. I would recommend him to anyone.

Worst doctors office assistants ever. Spare yourself

My wait is never too long and the doctors and staff has always met my expectations. Great Office!

Dr. Loveheim should not be a doctor let alone an owner of a pediatric office. He lacks bedside manners when it comes to the patient needs. His office seems to put money and monetary gain over the well being of people. I came for a visit with my 4month old who was sick, needless to say he said I couldn't be seen today because I did not have the 10 dollar Co pay. He is Disrespectful and should be put out of Business. Dr Lovenhiem told my husband and I "if I go to Stop and Shop for groceries I would have to pay for the bill right then and there" I can't believe he thinks buying groceries is the same as treating a sick baby when the parents didn't have the co pay. We have never had a balance unpaid at the office our insurance always paid the same day of treatment and every copay was paid I asked him to allow me to send the copay to his office the next day. He said if you don't have the co pay I will not see your baby. Sad.

Dr. Jay & Dr. Yoo are outstanding but the office staff are horrible and lack manners and customer service. They need training on how to treat people, especially kids.
