Dr. Jay has been my son's doctor for the past 5 yrs. The nursing staff are helpful and courteous. The wait time is never long. Yesterday my appointment was at 10:45am and I was in my car at 11:30 (and it was sick appointment not a regular check up). My son loves Dr. Jay and he's great with him. I would recommend Dr. Jay and Dr. Lubin to anyone.

Dr. Jay & Dr. Yoo are outstanding but the office staff are horrible and lack manners and customer service. They need training on how to treat people, especially kids.

My Children have been going to Dr. Lovenheim since they were babies. He is amazing! Dr Jay, is very easy to talk to and also easy to understand. I never had any issues with him, but his staff does need some work!

DR. JAY IS MY SON'S PEDIATRICIAN AND HAS BEEN SINCE BIRTH. HE IS AN AMAZING DOCTOR THAT HAS BEEN ABLE TO HELP MY SON COPE WITH ASTHMA, ALLERGIES, AND ANY OTHER SITUATION THAT HE HAS UNDERGONE IN THE PAST 2 YEARS. HE HAS A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF PATIENCE AND WILL HELP YOU IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE.
