List of Jennifer Graf's Reviews
Worst doctors office ever! Find another doctor! Any doctor, find a homeless person on the street you’ll probably get treated better than if you walk into Contemporary Women’s Care. Dr Graf is actually nice, but she’s not nice enough to make up for how everyone else at this practice is going to treat you if you make the mistake of entering this office seeking care. You will wait at least an hour-2 hours for a 5 minute appointment and they will not let you ask any questions. Even if it’s your first pregnancy they do not care, don’t have questions, cuz you’re not gonna get them answered. Don’t expect anyone to give you your results to your important medical tests, you’ll have to call and deal with the rude office staff and again if you have questions it will bother the office staff if you ask and they’ll most likely give you wrong information, like when they told me I didn’t have to fast before taking the 3 hour glucose test. Expect them to order the correct tests? They won’t, they’ll order the wrong tests or they will order duplicate tests for no reason and then bill you for them and expect you pay for them twice despite there being no medical need to check your blood type or RH status twice. They’ll even order the wrong genetic testing and then order another $349 test, tell you you won’t have to pay again but the bill will come and so will the threatening collections letters. Good luck getting them to help you with that! It’s been 4-5 months for me they still haven’t corrected my 5/11 invoice and it’s now 10/3. If on the other hand you want to have an important test run again to check if your levels are back to normal because increased levels could Lead to stillbirth they will fight you on running that test, why? Because they’re too busy checking your blood type multiple times and insisting it was medically necessary and “how they do it for everyone.” If you love yourself and your unborn baby, take the time now to find another doctor! Stay away from Contemporary Womens Care, after my horrible experience I would say stay away from anyone in the Axia Womens Health system.
I was going to see Dr. Graf for years she is good, but her staff in Kearny are terrible, the last time that I was there I had a very bad experience and I promised never to come back to the place, I had an appointment I was there before my time, one her worker treats very bad because I was wearing an N95 mask, she told me that is not the mask they wanted me to use, she show me a regular mask only with blue in one side, then she let other patients go to see the Dr. I was waiting for 2 hours, 1 hour in the waiting room and 1 hour in the consultation room, and the Dr. never come to see me. I put my clothes on and I get out of the room, I told one of the staff " I am leaving!" I was in my car and the receptionist called on my cell" the Dr. says you can come, she will see you now". I said no, I am going to see another doctor. Too bad for the Doctor. She is good but I think they are going to lose patients with that kind of exactitude. I think Dr. Graf's fault too, she was supposed to check in each room, I was there waiting for 1 hour.
Almost 2 hours without seeing the Doctor. Horrible service. I was scheduled for a 9:30am appointment and arrived at 9:05am, with having already filled out the new patient forms at home. I understand waiting for a Doctor, so I waited. At 10am I hear them call back someone who came after me (heard her say her appointment was at 10). So i inquired with the receptionist when I would be called as my appointment was at 930 and someone just went in who was after me. I was told she was there to see another Doctor. Two minutes later I get called in and the assistant takes me to the room asks me to fully undress and the Doctor would be in shortly. It is now 10:07am...tick tock..Now I am getting annoyed, its 10:40am and still no Doctor. I give her another 5 minutes. 10:45am I get dressed let all the staff know (who are all sitting in the front desk area chatting) that I am leaving. I was told she was coming to see me next. Sorry not happening.. I value my time and anyone else's. I show up early t
I would recommend Dr. Jennifer Graf to any woman looking for OBGYN care. She goes above and beyond to take care of her patients by thoroughly listening to what you are saying, taking time to understand your personality to make a perfect care plan, and showing empathy and kindness in every situation (this is huge coming from someone who suffers from an anxious personality like me)! Her medical opinion and expertise is remarkable. I trust her to take care of my body and also trusted her to keep my twins safe during pregnancy and deliver them into the world early via a c-section. There aren’t enough positive words to describe my experiences under Dr. Graf’s care. Please go see her if you are looking for an OBGYN!

She is a new doctor to me. My doctor moved and I was apprehensive as I loved my doctor. I met her today and it was such a pleasant experience and thorough experience. I felt comfortable and she answered all my questions and took a lot of time with me given she had to learn about me and learning about her. I will see her again as needed for sure.
Dr. Graf provided very little guidance or support during labor and delivery. She was negative and discouraging during labor. During postnatal visits her demeanor was cold and detached. Getting information and guidance from her about my postnatal recovery was nearly impossible. I was very disappointed in the care I received from her and would certainly _not_ recommend her to anyone seeking caring, quality care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
