My daughter visits was wonderful and he did a great job with both my kid’s surgery. I love that I wasn’t waiting all day. Also love that I was contacted before and after my daughter surgery. Dr Levitt is a great and wonderful doctor

Dr Levitt is a great doctor but his receptionist are very poor. I am concerned about my 3 year old daughter's harsh cough when she just finished her recover from surgery 9 days ago on her tonsils. I call to get an appointment so Dr L can check her throat to make sure the area isn't raw or needing a prescription to help soothe anything that maybe going on because of this cough and here is this receptionist like dad you have to take her to her regular doctor for the cough. I'm like Miss she just had finished her recovery period after surgery in her throat that Dr L did I think it makes more sense for the doctor who performed surgery on her throat to check the area. Like is the receptionist the doctor or the person answering phones for the doctor. Why is she giving me advice when she 1. Did not perform the surgery and 2 is not a medical professional with a degree in medicine. Dr Levitt maybe your receptionist need professional development on how to communicate with concerned parents about the health of their children because I felt like I was not heard or cared about when it comes to the health and safety of my child. Your receptionist is going to get your practice and the work you put in over the years a bad rap because of their uncaring personality.

Good doctor incompetent staff. Extremely confused and behind schedule. Sat in office for an hour waiting with no explanation. Good doctor but not worth the wait and confusion.

Doctor is easy going and to the point. Surgery went well Office staff was very helpful during and after surgery. Checked in with us often. Office was always packed but they really do get you in and out pretty fast.

Dr came with no mask to see my 6 weeks old son. I had to ask to put it on. He asked the reason if my visit and only focused on that specific point. As an ENT didn’t even check his ear or nose. The appointment lasted 15 minutes. And he didn’t wash his hand or used clothes to touch my son’s face. Horrible. Waste of time!!!

terrible staff completely incompetent. office is money driven and rude when they don’t get their way. sat there an hour waiting to be called with no updates. don’t waste your time here.

Though it was a line he was getting everyone in and out efficiently. I never seen anything like it. The staff and Dr were amazing. I was able to schedule a procedure for my daughter immediately. He took my daughter in and, diagnosed her and was able to schedule the procedure the following day. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

If I could give him zero stars I would!! Whatever you do, DO NOT take your child to him. My daughter was diagnosed by four other doctors with a tongue tie. He came into the office, barely said two words to us, and out right denied the problem she is facing. He talked down to me and his behavior is absolutely DISGUSTING. Whatever you do, I’m begging you, don’t take your child there. Dr. Levitt is a HORRENDOUS doctor and a HORRIBLE person.
