The woman who answers the phone is so ghetto and unprofessional and nasty. Uneducated and has no idea how do her job. Stay clear of this place save your self the headaches.

Worst of the worst never felt so uncomfortable. Doctor spoke like we were some sort of trash or idiots, receptionists had an attitude for everything did not offer any help on the questions and concerns we had and when we were transferring over to another doctor they would not transfer any of our vaccination records would refuse to give any information. Please save your time and peace and go else where, we’re you’ll be treated like a decent human being. Never again.

Please listen and read all of the reviews and stay away from this place. The staff is extremely ride unprofessional and unethical. I am honestly baffled to see this place still in business especially for medical practice. Save yourself the headache and money and please go somewhere where you are treated like a decent human being.

This Doctor has no bed side manners I was in her office for 5 mins. She slammed my paper down saying she wasn't doing no referring her referral East Orange office. I went to the office in East Orange cause it is closer to home and the weather was bad for a patient with a drop foot. I needed a referral and a refill this was my purpose to see the doctor Who ever booked my appointment never told me the doctor doesn't do referral service at this office. I am disabled an in pain plus have a drop foot. The doctor was very rude and yelled at me like I was her child! infront of her staff an over one of her office staff mistakes. She talked down and over me and told me she doesn't have to hear what I was expressing to her as her patient on her staff mistakes. The doctor was out of place and very unprofessional and rude. There were people in the halway listening as she down talked me an she was very disrespectful to a disabled patient! I was just expressing how a big inconvenience it was for me to travel in the rain! When in pain when I could of made an appointment in the correct office where the doctor could of helped me better! Since it's her own Private Practice! I'm not allowed to complain and I have to take that abuse!

PLEASE, PLEASE steer clear! The depths to which I agree with the poor reviews is immeasurable. This is a terrible doctor. I have had the worst experience here. I complained of actual physical symptoms in an attempt to find out what was wrong with me only to be blind sided by a lecture during a recession about how I needed a job. Joblessness was the only thing wrong with me. Keep in mind there was nothing done to look into my symptoms, so I don't know how she came to this conclusion. There were no ultra sounds, no blood tests, nothing. She took my weight and blood pressure and launched into a monolog about her own children and what she was doing with them so they basically didn't end up like me. I can not begin to tell you why this was her "medical" course of action. I didn't go back after that. I needed actual medical treatment and did not get it here. It's as if being a doctor is about her own ego and not much else. She's the queen of her castle and you're going to put up or shut up is the type of treatment she offers as opposed to Healthcare. I have older family members that used to see her. They have mostly found other doctors. The lateness, the totally unprofessional commentary and staff are just off putting and extra stress that no one needs, especially if they have underlying conditions. No one deserves that when they just want to be healthy. Please do not bring your elderly family members here.

Horrible experience with Dr Nathalie Johnson. she refused to review labs work and an echogram that was done from my mother prior visit. She could not locate the result and wanted to give my mother antibiotic for the second time for a non-existent UTI. when we try to get her to review the lab work and asked to give us the opportunity to know her urinalysis result before accepting antibiotic for the second time for an unconfirmed UTI she said to go pay cash for a private dr if we are not happy with her service. When she finally donut the urinalysis result my mother never had a UTI yet she wanted to give antibiotic a second time. oh she give us the result of the echogram. She appears to be nice at first but don't be deceive. An insensitive doctor who only cares for her paycheck. stay away.

I have been seeing Dr. Johnson for about 20 years now. I see some complaints about waiting but that can happen in any doctors office and Ive never witnessed her staff being rude.. Shes always been very helpful to me and my health. Ive never thought about changing doctors.

Wanted to support a Black Female Doctor so I looked thru my network and located Dr. Natalie Johnson made a appointment everything was fine office was nice office staff was nice but when I requested an itemized bill which was requested by my flexible spending company everything went wrong my request was asked and never received, I called back 3 weeks later because at this point my flexible spending card is froze and I can't use it until I submit the itemized bill well after speaking with the office manager who was pleasant and professional but I was transferred to Dr. Johnson who was rude and screaming on the phone then had the nerve to hang up the phone my co-workers were looking because they could hear her screaming in my ear and no she was not on speaker phone, All I did is ask for a itemized bill which she told me was sent to my flexible spending company so I asked where did she send it to since I never gave her staff the number to send it to, they were suppose to fax me

Dr. Johnson has been my doctor for years and has always provided quality service.

Dr Johnson is by far the most incompetent Dr. I have encountered. On my very first visit, which was last month, her office drew five tubes of my blood and the very next day lost them. I was told by her that she would make sure my blood and the results would be available in a few days....it's now October....Smh. All Johnson does is walk around in high heels, thinking she cute, with all kinds of hairstyles (like she looking for love)... ridiculous. Avoid her office at all cost!
