List of Nikole K. Bobadilla's Reviews
Dr. Bobadilla is attentive, knowledgable, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her. I've seen her multiple times at the West Orange and Montclair locations. Parking directions are included in the appointment confirmation online for the Montclair office, and they validate parking in the deck that the office is above so you don't have to pay.
Dr Nikole was lovely and extremely helpful, her assistant too but please work on your receptionist/front desk attitude. People like that shouldn’t be in a place of helping and informing others or at least when hiring somebody like that give them training. The receptionist sent me the wrong address (or at least an incomplete link where I only had the street address and not the town) & gave me an attitude bc I was late (because of the wrong address). I live 25mins from their office but the address they sent on the confirmation email redirected me to a 45+mins address. That was my first time going there, the information provided was vague for a first timer. I didn’t know where to park bc they have different addresses one for the office and the other one to the parking in lot. I got there at 11:07am after getting lost with the first address (thank God I left the house 1hr before my appt) but since the receptionist was with somebody else I was only able to talk to her at 11:15am and my appt was at 11am. (I’m not complaining of waiting, I completely understand — I don’t agree with the attitude behind the desk for being late). Anyways, please work on you staff (front desk) attitude! And if you’re the one reading this, there are many other jobs out there and this might not be the one for you. I have never left an office crying because of being late, since I am always on time for a doctor consult, but your stupidity made me feel like I had committed a crime.
I agree with the other posts. I would give zero stars if I could. I am a patient of another doctor in the practice and due to being pregnant they recommend seeing all the practitioners once before you deliver. I called because I was driving from 40 min away and hit traffic. I informed them I would be 5-10 min late and was told it was fine. As I pulled into the parking lot, I was called at the 7 min mark late that they doctor needed to move my appt bc i “was going to interfere with her lunch.” The receptionist seemed very nervous to turn me away and I could hear her tell the doctor I was in the parking lot. Doctor Bobadilla still said no as it’s her lunch time. Best of all, I am 38 weeks pregnant and she has never met me to know if I am high risk or any other concerning factors regarding my necessity to see her. This shows a blatant lack of concern for her patients well being. I would not let this women touch me and hope to God she is not on call my delivery day . I , of course, cancelled my appt. I immediately called their other location who fit me with another practitioner for the same day. I am a medical professional and would NEVER turn a patient away for my lunch especially if they called ahead and were 38 weeks pregnant. Disgusting behavior for a MD. Very unprofessional. However, don’t let it turn you off to the practice because I have nothing but great things to say about the other OBs, their medical assistants, and their reception staff.
I took my teen daughter to Dr. Bobadilla and has a fantastic experience.
Terrible. Called ahead bc I hit traffic and would be 5-10 min late and was driving from a far distance. I was told it was fine. As I pulled into the driveway, 7 min late and 38 weeks pregnant , I was turned away as I heard the doc tell the receptionist who then told me “I would interfere with her lunch.” Total disregard for patient care. Love the other docs in the practice but be sure to avoid this one as this seems to be a common theme in her other reviews on websites.
Let me start by saying I have been a patient of this office for over 20 years. My doctor retired recently and my previous doctors at the practice seem to only have time for pregnancy visits. I had an appointment with a new doctor and it was rescheduled twice by them! I never once complained and said fine give me someone else because at this point months had gone by. In addition to this, I had to have a breast mri and wanted the doc to review results with me. I arrived to the appointment with Dr. Bobadilla 15 minutes late and the doctor no longer would see me. After speaking to the office supervisor, nobody wanted to hear why I was late or the fact that they rescheduled twice on me. I was finally given a later appointment with someone else. I never saw Dr. Bobadilla because she refused to see me due to my tardiness. I find it ironic that this office always had me waiting in the waiting room and inside for every gynecologist appointment but yet the day I’m running late, nobody can make an exception. More irony to the matter, the other doctor that is willing to fit me in is running late so I will wait patiently. Apparently, everyone is doing me a favor. What has happened to this practice and where is the compassion for patients?!
If I could give ZERO stars I would. My regular GYN I had been using for years retired and moved to California, so I decided to go to Doctor Bobadilla. I had an appointment in January which I had to reschedule due to sickness. I went today for my appointment (the soonest appointment i could get for a new patient 2 months later - smh) and I am a new patient and unfamiliar with Montclair. I could not find the parking lot or the medical building on Seymour Street. I had to park and pay for parking two blocks away and called the office to tell them I could not find the building or parking. They told me they CANCELLED my appointment since I was 15 minutes late and would need to reschedule. I asked if I could wait for the doctor to become available. They said the doctor was entirely booked. Uhhhh NO THANK YOU!!! I will not RESCHEDULE with a doctor that treats their patients like this!! In the past (this is my third attempt to get to this doctor) they cancelled on me. Only their time matters, not the fact that I wasted my day to attend this appointment. In researching the internet, I learned there is no public parking available at 1 Seymour Street and that you need to type the address of 23 South Fullerton Avenue, Montclair, NJ into your GPS. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE TOLD ME THIS (since I was a new patient) INSTEAD OF MAKING ME FILL OUT INSURANCE FORMS AND QUESTIONNAIRES PRIOR TO MY VISIT. All they care about is being paid by in the insurance, not the patient!!
It is unfortunate that I had to wait three months to get in to see the physician and was 3 minutes late (due to traffic and parking- called to tell the receptionist that I would be a little late) and they proceeded to say I couldn’t be seen because I was 3 minutes late to my appt. No consideration and a lot of rudeness. If you want good care and be taken care of as a patient- I would go somewhere else. As a fellow healthcare professional, I would never treat a patient this way.
Dr. Bobadilla takes her time to explain all options available and goes above and beyond to make sure you understand and are comfortable with the treatment option you have chosen.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
