Probably the worst DRs office that you can go to besides the one in Maplewood. It’s like the nurses don’t know what’s going on or don’t care, either way there has got to be better accountability with the workers in this office. Everyone should be ashamed of themselves that work here including the DRs

Very Unprofessional I do not recommend!! I have a appointment at 3pm I arrive at 2:45pm and 3:45pm I have to ask what’s happening only to be told to reschedule my appointment!! Worst place!

Beautiful decorations in lobby and office I thought it was for me lol. Made me smile as soon as I walked in! Amazing and friendly staff!!!

How is it that I had a schedule appointment for 10:30 AM as a new patient, I arrive at 10:15 AM to take care of any paperwork needed to be filled out. It is now 12:08 PM and iv seen numerous amount of people come and go that arrived after me. Yet I still haven’t been seen, but ask if what I’m here for is an emergency and I reply back no just in pain , and still no urgency put into this matter. You would have thought after sitting here quietly for almost 2 hours I worked here as security just watching people come and go. At 2 hours and 30 minutes is when I was called.However the time spent with the nurse and doctor was exceptional. They ask a lot of question, showed empathy and knew what they was talking about. Visiting DR Samih Abbassi left me in confident with the medication they prescribed. Would recommend to a friend or family but definitely advise to MAKE SURE THEY HAVE YOUR INFORMATION CORRECT BEFORE ARRIVING....

This doctor and the staff are Horrible. The doctor is tired, bad bedside manner, uninterested to say the least. The staff, that’s a whole entire other story. Works really Slow, acts as if we’re interrupting their day(go figure), has more interest in their coworkers life rather than the patient that’s paying them. The staff will have you sitting for hours. They will forget to bill your insurance then you’re stuck with the bill, they don’t know how to fill out the appropriate forms appropriately. It’s en entire disaster. If you want your time and money wasted, go and get the horrible treat here. I will take my fantastic health insurance to a place that deserves it.

He's a good doctor but the staff is terrible. They are very slow & u cant reach anyone on the phone. It's a lot of different staff members that dont know the patients so they always act as if it's your first time there...

I can't believe how many good reviews this office has. This doctor as well as the staff are totally not worth the time or energy. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional office. They give you an appointment, you're there 2-3 hrs later for that 1 appt. The staff is slow, the receptionists are horrible and lack professionalism. Haven't a clue as to who is in their office. They book many appointments and bunch everyone in the office. Find another doctor if I were you.
