Dr. Somaya Abboud has the worst bedside manner that I have ever come across. If you enjoy being belittled by your doctor when you address a concern on your first appointment, then this is the doctor for you. In addition, staff doesn’t provide notice of privacy practices, will ask you to give your height and weight instead of taking your weight, and will take your blood pressure on top of your long-sleeved shirt. I expressed that I was upset that I had to pay a copay when I specifically scheduled an annual physical over the phone to staff and felt this should be informed to patients in the future. I don’t know what they said to the doctor, but the doctor came in and introduced herself by stating, “Hi, I hear you’re really angry. You can leave at any time.” She stated that she had 30 years of experience and was very dismissive over my concerns. It became very clear that she was unwilling to listen and was disrespectful, so I immediately left instead of continuing to be belittled by her. The staff seem polite, but they’re not following proper procedure. I suspect this is a management issue. Update 9/19/22 I reached out to the doctor the next day and the receptionist was .rude, but I was offered a refund.

The first few appointments she was great. Very knowledgeable, attentive, and trustworthy. But each appointment from there got worse. She would rush me, not take my ailments seriously, and was incredibly disrespectful the last time I saw her. I immediately left and found another doctor.

This was the worst experience of my life Dr.somaya abboud did not even touch me to see what was wrong with me , then she tried to prescribe a medication I did not need ! This is by far the worse doctor I’ve been to she made me feel so uncomfortable! Thank you “doctor” smh

Dr. Abboud is amazing. Not your typical cookie cutter approach.

To put it bluntly: without Dr. Abboud, I would be dead; she saved my life. I was misdiagnosed by another doctor and she IMMEDIATELY knew what was going on. I had cancer and thanks to her catching it, I am alive to write this review... She is the most caring, attentive, nurturing and well-informed doctors I have ever had! Her instincts are so spot on; I often think she has psychic abilities! She is so knowledgeable; patient; works with my needs and schedule; gets to really know "me"; and, is always available! She even came and saw me in the hospital when I was in the ER. I absolutely adore her. She always knows what's wrong with me and truly cares about the health and well-being of her patients. I cannot thank her, or speak highly-enough about her. I absolutely highly recommend her!

I had an terrible experience at this Dr Abbound office. This is my second visit the first was not great no bedside manners or concern for the patient. but due to the Pandemic I figured I would give the Dr another chance. Today I waited about 30mins not bad for the wait however I made an appointment with Dr Abboud and a male Dr walks in. I explained my appt was made with Dr Abboud and he said ok the Dr will be right in... I waited 25mins and nothing. I gather my things and walk out the room and there is Dr Abbound on her cell phone. She never asked me anything was not interested and continued with her phone conversation, I told the assistance about my experience and why I was walking out. With this being said I never received a call from the Dr. Please don't bother to use this Dr is clear she don't care about the Health of her patients
