He has been patient and kind to my daughter whose ears get clogged quite frequently. She has cried after all other doctors have cleaned her ear canals, but she looks forward to seeing Dr. Morrow, and says her ears feel great afterwards. He listens, is efficient, and explains the procedures he will perform.

My (older) parents have been patients of Dr. Morrow for years. I've accompanied them on their visits several times. Dr. Morrow is professional and patient with a kind manner toward his patients. My mom always has a list of questions for him and Dr. Morrow has always spent the time to discuss her concerns about herself and my dad. At our recent visit, the office was quite busy and we were pleasantly surprised that we were in and out on time. Friendly staff too!

Saw Dr Morrow first time today for a minor problem. He seemed very good & had a pleasant & competent manner. I would have no problem requesting him in future .

Dr Morrow performed surgery on my son and we were very disappointed in the outcome. When addressing our concerns I felt like Dr Morrow was trying to sell us more cosmetic procedures to fix the bad surgery instead of taking responsibility. Then we went to him for another issue with my son’s nose and he said he had no idea what it was. My son ended up in the emergency room but once again in trying to communicate with Dr Morrow and his team they were only concerned with money and the bill getting paid. It is a horrible feeling as a mom that you trusted your child to this doctor.

I am extremely disappointed in the care Dr. Morrow gave my son. I felt he was more about selling services than patient care. The surgery was not successful and he wanted to sell us more procedures. And then on a follow up he did not have any idea what was wrong with my son and we ended up in the emergency room. If you want to pay for plastic surgery he is your doctor but if you are looking for patient care I would look elsewhere.

He is a caring skilled doctor. He has operated on me performing 5 delicate surgeries. Very very pleased.

Dr. Todd A. Morrow is charging me for something he didn't do. After calling the office to question the charge, I was told Dr. Morrow specifically wrote in his notes that he performed a procedure that he didn't do. Now I'm told I need to write a letter to the doctor to dispute the charge. I'm also calling my insurance to dispute the charge. Absolutely do not recommend Dr. Morrow or the Associates In Otolaryngology.
