I was bleeding from my left breast continually and she kept saying it was "Normal" I asked for an MRI she said I didn't need it and only sent me for a mammogram that kept coming back normal. Next mammogram visit I checked off the MRI box and it was then that they found out something was wrong and had to get breast surgery immediately. Her and the office manager was extremely insensitive to my concerns. Fr 5 years I was leaking blood and she never recommended me for an MRI. Had I not checked off that box myself, Lord knows what. Would never recommend her for any African American. FYI every doctor I saw after that said it was NOT normal.
Dr Lo is a wonderful, smart, kind, compassionate doctor. She is down to earth, to the point, and I have never felt like I was being rushed. You can tell she loves what she does for a living. Can’t recommend her highly enough.
Dr. Lo went above and beyond! She is smart and kind, I highly recommend her.
What an awful experience my 18 year old had during her 1st examination ever with Dr. Lo. Dr. Lo was the most insensitive, and arrogant doctor, who treated my daughter poorly. She showed no signs of empathy and clearly made my daughter feel uncomfortable and an idiot. I don’t recommend this doctor and I never ever want to see her. Clearly she needs a coach on how to treat patients, mainly young patients. If you have a young daughter do not take her to see this woman! Unless this doctor had any awful day when she saw my daughter. Yet being in the medical field, it is clearly inexcusable to treat anyone the way she treated my daughter.
Went in for a minor surgical procedure in the office. I was told it will be fairly painless. I requested Xanax for anxiety and wanted my husband in the room to help talk me though it. My husband was asked to sit in the waiting room. Additionally they wanted me to permit a medical sales equipment rep to be in the room to assist the doctor with using this new equipment, I said NO not wanting to be part of experimenting with new equipment. I wasn’t told about this prior to the procedure otherwise I would have never agreed to it. I took the day off and so did my husband, so I decided to proceed with just a nurse present. The doctor didn’t know what she was doing, the other doctor came in to help, they were discussing their confusion with the equipment all while i was laying there in pain. Nobody in the room tried to comfort me!!!! I was sweating, shaky, nauseous and ready to pass out from the pain as they poked around. Finally I told them to stop and I left the office very angry, in pain and I will never go back again. You made me wait over an hour prior to this process even starting. The secretary gave me an attitude when I arrived at 12:30 as instructed to sign a paper prior to taking a XANAX as per their instructions. Women’s First..... no way!! Very insensitive, no empathy or kindness shown. In the end they blamed me for not letting the sales rep in to help the doctor.

Dr. Lo, the staff, and all of the other doctors in the practice are nothing less than amazing. Made me feel at ease with my worries, helped me with questions I had, and were overall kind, open-minded, and had a nice vibe in the office.
Dr Lo always spends time explaining everything and is a very compassionate, knowledgeable physician. I am a Medical Professional, and wish there were more physicians like Dr Lo. Her staff has always been smiling and helpful. You really feel like an individual, and not just another patient. I highly recommend Dr Lo to all my friends and family.
Dr. Lo works quickly and succinctly. She is great in the room and is very knowledgeable and gives careful medical advice. I wanted a doctor who had solutions and found her to be the perfect doctor and surgeon for me.
Dr. Lo is a wonderful doctor. I felt comfortable with her from our first meeting all the way to the moment she delivered my little girl. I feel blessed to have been her patient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
