Very knowledgeable and direct. NOT RUDE. People don't like the truth. Dr. Kong may tell you something you do not want to hear but she is telling you how it is and what has to be done.

She is the WORST. I don’t care what medical background she has her bedside manner is atrocious. It’s unfortunate she’s the doctor you have to deal with at Kessler when your family is going through a traumatic experience.

My son has seen Dr. Kong since he was a patient in Kessler Rehab Center in West Orange. He has done outpatient and inpatient rehab with Dr. Kong. This is over a year of monthly, then every three months, now every six months of visits. She is very direct, quick and efficient. She takes enough time with my son but doesn't overdo it. His problem is apraxia and she is well aware of all symptoms and has been very encouraging.
